I sold my B3 while living in NYC in 1981. I lived on the six floor and it was too big for the elevator. It still bothers me today.

I haven't heard from Lou Donaldson in a while I didn't know that he was still alive. The guitar organ combination is ideal. The soloists are not overpowered.Brilliant musicians.

That cut is called (Scratch My Back) and it's written by (Stanley Turrentine) and it's from his debut performance. Listen to the (mc) and you'll here him say it...

I guess Lou Donaldson isn't considered one of the all-time greats, but he sure cut some fabulous sides, going back to his collaborations with Clifford Brown
