I know nothing about trucks...but this video is nostalgic to me. I'm originally from Jamaica but I live in the USA now. It's all flat land here so I don't hear Jake Brakes at all. Who knew this simple video could bring back so many memories of home and so much happiness in me! ♡
This is absolutely epic! Amazing Jake rumbling before it's even in sight. Then Jake is off and you hear a peaceful waterfall knowing there will be more thundering Jake as the K Dub coasts before hitting the turn. This is music to my ears.....!
I abuse my jakes … my boss gets mad because it burns way more fuel but I’m addicted to the noise hahaha plus it saves me from hitting my brakes and shifting my load
That's a k108 not a k200. That's a c15 boosted upto 700hp. My mates truck "judge transport" doing hamilton-welly every second night. For a truck that's 10 years old it still looks new inside and out.

That truck would only be doing 30 to 40 kilometres per hour they are never in top gear doing 90 kph coming down a winedy hill, so can't see where your comment fatal fits in
Some guy came through our town one night hit the Jake brake while passing a maverick. All there windows started bouncing then shattered. I was more interested in the truck still
If that trucks brakes went out, you'd be in a tough spot to either make the driver completely avoid you and crash into the hill, or he'd take you out. Be considerate.
