They were probably installed before he bought the truck. And Wet Sounds is like 1400 per speaker and a hell of a lot louder. It’s all about what he likes though.

Actually those speakers run about $1200 a pair. My shop is a Rockford dealer. So I know how much those run.

Unreal Chris. 2009 challenger srt8 6.1 hemi forged internals procharged pushing 12lbs of boost stage 4 trans methanol injection the list goes on. It’s straight piped right now about to order long tube headers for it.

I’ve been looking to install marine speakers on my truck. Do you know what that knob to control the volume on the marine speakers is called? Or is it just a gain knob? Thanks man

I know it’s a year later, but if the amp you get is from Skar audio you can use the gain knob as the volume. And if you want them off just turn it down all the way and it’ll switch the power off on the amp itself. Atleast that’s how I’ve got my interior subwoofer box/amp hooked up. I wanna run a second amp with a separate knob for a marine speaker set as well

Hate to be a “hater” but so much more options in outside speakers than marine speakers and kids with PA’s. Put 3 12 in a box under the bed and thank me later🙌🏻 you need mids and highs not just highs. Expensive truck but speakers don’t match and if you paid 2k for them you were ripped off im sorry.

You need to clean that mud off could corrode that beautiful glossy brown paint job. Princess dont walk outside with her makeup on. Gotta love the Connecticut burbs. be sure to never leave the pavement also you should put sunscreen on it because fords can sunburn... even at night from the moon.

Looking at mounting 2 RWB80B speakers in by 87 Bronco II. The factory speakers are blown and I've got replacements coming but I feel like they won't be too much better.
