Ahh, this is so true and so funny. I thought the beginning thing when he was like "the key to my marriage is I lie to my wife" would have gotten more laughs.
It is quite strange that his wife used to hate the fact that he actually has a job that he loves doing. She wanted him to have a job that would stress him out so that later on she could show him pity.
Anyone hating on Louis ck has to take into consideration the abundance of material this man puts out. He has new hilarious shit every time i go to watch its ridiculous. The way he goes out on a limb with adlib and unproven material is ballsy and awesome. Try youtubing other comics you will hear the same jokes from whatever special they did over and over, this dude has fresh shit every time he hits the stage no one has the amount of quality material this Louis has.
"..this is hardly a "debate" in the truest sense." Truest sense? Well holy shit for some reason I was under the impression that a youtube comment board was the perfect setting for the "truest sense" of debate. Thanks for clearing that up. Very astute you are.
@Look How They Massacred My RU-vid just letting you know your point simply doesn't matter anymore because you were blatantly racist when trying to make it, dumb fuck
This video is so old it's only 1 year younger than RU-vid itself and it's weird to see it's got so little amount of views for video that is as old as it is.. weird.
You're right. Morally objectionable manner is indeed irrelevant. The reason why plagiarism relevant to our discussion is: IT IS PART OF THE JOB REQUIREMENT. The number one no no in comedy is stealing. "You know you're not allowed to not like him or his plagiarism, right?" You're really reaching for limbs now. This has nothing to do with the discussion. The bottom line is, I proved that the word "suck" is applicable in this situation for both objectionable AND inadequacy reasons.
thank you, that was actually worth posting twice...im sick of seeing all these pointless stupid arguments under clips from one of the funniest dudes ever
Not even in the vaguest of circumstances do Carlin and Hicks belong in the same category as Silverman. This is especially noteworthy of Carlin, because he would take his audience to the limitations of what is considered "tasteful", and he did it with a specific purpose in mind. Silverman lacks that purpose. If anything I would compare her to Jim Norton, but at least Norton knows how to offend a different part of my sensibilities and keep his style fresh if it may only be for a short time.
Wow. I've never met a person who has never made a typo before. You know, I was thinking about pointing out the fact that you spelled "vacuum" wrong a few posts ago.... but then again I don't have to resort to pointing out bullshit grammatical errors just because I'm out of points.
