I never had a luck to have a good SA from Louis Vuitton. Last year finally found one SA and recently just found out she is no longer in the boutique. Really frustrated. Now I just buy everything online. Don’t even want to deal with the frustration. But Thank you so much for sharing darling 💕

You cracked me up when you said, “stop romancing the bag” lol. I love shopping at Louis Vuitton store in Nashville. All the SA that usually work or in the store are very helpful, nice, & welcoming. Even though Nashville is a far drive from my house, I always like to go to LV store in The Greenhills Mall. So far, it is always a fun and worth it trip.

I always find great sales associate in make up shops! In Korea there is a culture to be polite with the customer, it does not matter which brand it is. I have a wonderful SA in Tiffany, Gucci, Chanel. And random SA also are very helpful. And no problem when you come with kids. SA are always polite, helpful and patient even if I check a 100 items and do not buy. I will return and buy in another day. I started lux shopping in Korea and never meet rude SA. So sorry to hear stories with bad experiences

I hated when I couldn’t find my estee lauder lady! She was so awesome just had product knowledge about almost all the counters. She had a very warm inviting energy. Loved her! Being that I got my start from retail and the commission world, I approve this message 💖💖✨

All the SAs I’ve ever had have been really snooty and seemed annoyed by the job. I just shop online now and call ahead to see if they have a bag I want in the store If I go in

As a current CA at LV, please, lets spread this message to everyone who intends to shop at our stores. We are a luxurious butique, be luxurious clients ..it doesnt cost a thing to be polite:)

This was so helpful. I went to LV out of state today looking for a palm springs mini. She recommended calling CS to find one bc they were out but she still let me try on 4 bags. I opened each one but didn’t put anything in them. Now I know to be more polite and considerate of her time. I almost went for the vanity pm it was too dang cute but the zipper isn’t practical

Good content. I have started and owned a small Luxury business now for 30 years where many of our products are often one-offs. Over this time, I have had to spend much time and effort developing training for staff. Employees have a difficult time explaining such concepts to some customers. So, Thanks for all your videos as I have been binge watching.

I think it is hard to find a good SA if one is not a regular LV client. Another RU-vid mentioned that SAs want to work with clients who purchase regularly. I wish all SAs were as friendly and nice as you. You look beautiful today. Hope your week is off to great start!

I have one CA and she is the only one I will go to. Its crazy we met thru online chat on LV website. My first order was with her. After that I kept ordering with her and I am so pleased with her. Hannah is the best!!! I had other SAs but they weren't as nice as Hannah and quick to reply to anything. So I am dedicated to her. I appreciate her so much. I do not take advantage of her. Her time is valuable so when Im ready to buy I ask.

Hi Michele. Thanks for your video. Totally agree with all 5 tips. Luckily I've only needed to return defective products thrice in my entire two decades association with LV and they were brilliant and so accommodating about it. I have to confess that Tip No. 4 made me a feel a bit sheepish as I have to admit I do request, if possible, for a new piece once in a while when I know they have extra stock in the store room ☺. I wanted to chime in and say I ask for the same! How do you know that the one other person who looked at the item before you wasn’t the dreaded “molester”? I prefer a bag or wallet that can be guaranteed unmolested.

A few years ago I was in store and looking at a MPA and I loved it but it had multiple popped stitches so I passed on the item. The SA told me I was making a mistake by not purchasing the defective item. I was shocked. I’m not purchasing a defective item. Sorry lady!

This happened to a customer of mine. They were able to purchase Virgil Abloh’s first key pouch with the orange chain. The paint chipped, but they didn’t really have a choice. Either keep it, or return it and never acquire it again! They kept it!

I did get a special order from Paris by ordering a personalized piece. It was more expensive but I got a Neverfull that will not look like everyone else’s. They are very common in my area.

I don’t know how it is in US but here in Europe, you do the test drive in other car than the one you’re buying. You usually order a car and even wait for it to produced/delivered. Especially a customized Mercedes. The test drive cars are owned by the car dealer house, registered on their name and driven by various customers, many months later they may be sold with a discount to other customer as a used car. But you will never get a car that was driven before sold to you as a new one. This simple isn’t possible because you cannot drive a car on a public road if it isn’t registered. I would expect the same from LV or other luxury store to have products on display and untouched products in prestige condition for the customers to buy.

There are no “test drive” bags in Europe, and here in the US, there are no test drive cars either!! You drive the car, then decide to buy it or not, same with the bag! Thank you!

@@dialmstyle there are designated test drive cars in the US. I literally was just shopping for a car on the east coast. All the dealerships had a test drive model that had at least over 5k miles for test drive purposes. The dealership usually sells that car specifically for a lower price since it’s been the test car....

in our country, official representative offices of car companies sell only new cars; they come from a ship from Europe and no one has sat in them before, and what is in the store is sold at a markdown when the model leaves the market.

Hey Michel! Thanks for sharing these tips with us! May ask have you seen the Hermes saga that Purseonthefleek had with Hermes? Would be interesting to hear from it from an SA perspective. Regarding the tips I couldn't agree more with tip number two. I always see people trying and taking pics of all the bags, and talking 30 minute conversations with Sas and not making any purchases. This can also be annoying from the customer perspective as others must wait. I hope that you'll have an amazing week!

Hi Robin! I have been following Purse On Fleek and all the reactions and I feel really bad for her. She doesn’t deserve all these people making judgments and attacking her. And it’s also a good example of how being emotionally tied to product can be not a good thing. It also makes me not want to buy from Hermès or any luxury house that causes an obsession! I’d feel much better at finding one pre-loved if I were to ever buy a Birkin! Thank you so much for your input as always and I know that NOT all SA’s are very kind when dealing with customers either! I think you just gave me two more show ideas! 😘❤️

I went to shop and meet this very nice SA, but I didn’t buy the bag then despite the history she told me. It’s because I wanted to sort out my thoughts. I bought the bag thou online. And then when I went back to pickup another item bought online, I saw her card and msg her if she can help me to order the Toiletry26 since it’s oos in the website. She’s really very nice because she told me there was and able to buy before it went discontinued . And met her again at the LV door since it’s lockdown. And when I txt her that I’m coming back to meet her again at the shop, but never replied. Only to realize she no longer work there. Sad because it’s difficult to find a good SA at LV that will build a good client-SA relationship. So, am back to online.

Great video! Lol I like the comment about romancing the bag. Funny story last week I was in Honolulu Hawaii and I saw a neonoe empriente leather. It was the only bag left on the entire island. I was waiting for her to be done “romancing the bag” all I could think is lady don’t ruin the bag because I’m going to purchase it lol. I waited til she left and made my purchase!! But let me tell you she was all over the bag 😫 overall it looks beautiful and it was way less than the website! I’m assuming because of the tax! With tax I paid under the price of the retail price online!

They were canvas so I knew the commission was low & I did pick up leather in store at same time so I was hoping it was ok but I wouldn’t want to unintentionally do anything rude. Hi Michelle luv your channel. Have a question for u. Has anyone ever bought an LV item then tried to return it but instead of the original LV item it is a replica? What do u do if that is the case. I will probably not ever be able to afford an LV item and can't really justify that amount of expense but we all have things we like and r willing to spend $ on it. Displaying brand logos has never been my thing. I am just a basic gal. I enjoy hearing about the upper clientele market and how to spot the replicas.

I found this video super helpful. I do have a question- I am very easy going and am new to LV products. I have worked with the same CA with every purchase. However, I’m trying to get my hands on two books that are in stock at another store. No one calls me back. I feel disheartened because I’m not only planning to buy those two books but also another handbag and two wallets this weekend. If my CA can’t even help with a small purchase in addition to the larger items, I feel like maybe it’s time I connect with someone new. What are your thoughts? Should I handle this in another way? 😊

Hi Michelle, just wondering if an LV Team manager can be your SA? One time I picked up an item when my SA was off and was helped by their team manager. However, i had a fall out with that SA when I exchanged my keepall for the same exact bag (for early signs of peeling) and now wanted to get in touch with that team manager for future purchase. Will he help me as his client, or pass back to my former SA? TIA

Love your videos and subscribed🤍When I order from LV online (Im in Europe). The items come from France usually Corbeil Essones or St Ouen on the tracking. Do you think that these items come from LV stores or are there factories in france that these items are shipped directly from? Thank you😀

Hello: I ordered two bags from client services to pick up in the local store, Roseville CA. I came in 2 months apart; I asked to please come inside and look at the handbag. I was treated rudely-was it because I didn’t buy from SA? The second time, I had questions about the corners on the Graceful PM. I talked to the repair person; she was just rude! I had a great SA but he received a promotion to display manager, it’s sad 😢 I called client svc, they are going to ask Mgr to call me! What are your thoughts; we’re they mad because I didn’t purchase there? Thank you so much!

Hi Pat I know it’s so frustrating but it’s because the CA who was handing you the bag was not getting credit for it. I know not everyone has a great experience when they’re shopping luxury, which is unfortunate because you are spending a lot of money. And as for the associates they are not getting compensated properly. It’s a frustration and it’s partly why I don’t really want to support the brand! 😢 only the guys at the top win!

This video is exactly for this type of shopper. Entitled people. Who said about kissing the Salesperson’s ass. You cant slap your money on these people and expect them to give you respect. They’d rather lose your “thousands” worth of sales than deal with your BS. There are a lot nice clients out there for then to help. I feel bad for your SA
