Wille was absolutely right for everything he said in the end. Telling his father “I’m your only son. Do you see me?” Trying desperately to remind him. And finally saying to his mother what he felt. Kristina was immediately looked after and took a break bc it was too overwhelming for her but wille has literally been severely depressed since season 1 and had several breakdowns and his mother or anyone never bothered with it, she literally went against him. My guy seemed suicidal at some point. He was desperate to finally be seen by his parents and they still walked out the door with their backs turned and didn’t care.
I think Simon’s mother, sister and friends were there for him emotionally when he was growing up but Wilhelm’s parents were not. Erik was the one who was there emotionally for Wilhelm but now Erik’s gone he desperately wants that from his parents. He’s always felt he wasn’t good enough for them.
interesting to see how other people feel during the scene at the end with wille and his parents, i actually cried because i know how it is for ur parents to just emotionally neglect you. the anger was so justified and in the end his parents walked away again, they abandoned him again. i did not feel bad for his mom at all regarding wille being angry. she dug her own grave. the imense pain and scarring people with parents like that have is unimaginable. nothing like this would have happend if the parents gave 1 single fuck about wille's emotions instead of his duties as a prince. yes i understand that it must be hard for the queen and duke or king or whoeverto has to deal with this but there is no excuse for treating ur children like this ever. they didnt choose to be born.
It amazed me how that when Will's mother is in grieving, everything is like paused to let her grieve and all that BUT for when Will needed to grieve, he had to basically suck it up and move on. Everyone including Will gives the queen so much care, while Will ended up having to confide in other people, NOT his parents, which never ended up being enough. So honestly his outbreak was bound to come and some things he said to his parents were deserved. Im so nervous for the last ep :(
Wille desperately needs to go back to therapy, he's got so many issues, in fact this whole royal family needs a good therapy. Wille cannot have a healthy relationship with anyone until he resolves his issues, It's only going to get more and more toxic and It's simply not fair to any of the parties, Simon cannot save him, he's just a boy with his own issues.
Did you notice the main writer, Lisa Ambjorn, was playing the lady with the guitar when they were singing the Froggy Ball song?!? I think that is a sweet cameo 🥰🥰
I think that Wille said how he feels and has been feeling for a long time about how his parents abandoned him during a traumatic and devastating period in his life. He lost his brother, the one person who looked after him and understood him. So I don't feel bad about him lashing out. He is a teenager with no support from his parents. All they cared about during these last 3 seasons were about how Wille acts in the position he was thrown in. And don't get me started on his father.....I have no respect for him as a parent. He's just occupying space. This scene is so painful to watch......I feel their pain and distress. It literally left me hollow.....
you might like my very succinct episode (and prediction!) list: 1. August gets off scot free, Queenie and Simon's mom blame the victims. Nobody notices that it was actually August dealing drugs 2. Blond chick does something to be doing something which solves nothing. Wille and Simon are torn apart again but inexplicably are allowed to go camping 3. Queenie breaks down, Simon needs to not read the comments, racist classist brats are true to form, Simon takes some royal D, life as royal's bf is a little too real for Simon 4. Brats stage a blond strike, blond chick gives in because... blond, August tries to make two wrongs a right 5. Queenie competes for worst mom of the year award, Wille goes off on her, Simon is like get me out of here, Sara makes three lefts a right 6. [prediction] Queenie wins worst mom award by making August crown prince, Wille and Simon run away and join a circus, school gets shut down and brats go home, Felice and Sara watch Thelma and Louise getting ideas for a read trip
Wille needed to get all that out, and try and get his parents to actually see him, Wille, and not just a 'poor' imitation of Erik. He needs so much therapy as he's so lost, alone and broken 💔💔💔
