My husband keeps on body shaming me since the time I delivered a baby 2 years ago and unable to loose weight. I opted for taking a break from my 17 years of career just to be able to take care of my baby for the However, i am continuously disrespected as being a burden, who is eating for free and becoming fat, not contributing financially, etc etc. Sometimes I loose hope and will completely to live further when constantly being put down and hated by the person you are living with. Thank you so much Shivani di..i was really sad and disappointed today..but after watching your video,i am able to create positive,hopeful thoughts again. Earlier i used to react quite easily to the scenes of life. But now i think before react to anything and go into silent mode.I watch or listen to something positive to get myself back on track,sometimes i have to do it forcefully but it helps. And a lot of times it happens that i get benefited cuz i don't say the things which comes into my mind when i get angry or we can say,when i create anger ☺ After joining Brahma kumaris,i have seen myself changed a lot. Earlier i used to keep creating negative and waste thoughts for days and years,if someone hurts me or blames me for anything which i haven't done in reality.Without realising that all this was actually increasing the intensity of my own pain and depression. Now i try to calm down after any scene and reflect on that.I try to give blessings to the other person. I have not become perfect but now i am able to recognize and differentiate my thoughts and stop them if they deplete my energy.Sometimes it takes 2 minutes and other time it takes few hours,but at the end i am able to control my emotions and stop negative thoughts. As we all know the power is within us. You are an angel di,i always feel positive whenever i listen to you..may shiv baba bless us always,keep smiling,love you ☺

This is exactly what i have been doing for many years. True love is hard to find anywhere. Love for advantage is the rule of love. I am a self learned and self realized person. And i recognized the greatness of my life. I have only good to share with others. I loved everyone and i was a good friendmaker irrespective of religion and politics and now i regret a lot because the feed back has been so horrible and i was disrespected so badly. So to make myself feel better i started loving myself and no more regrets. Happy to be myself. And i know God loves me and my god is krishna and i am the happiest now. Hare krishna.
