"Winds of Transylvania" is a song provided by LOVEBITES for the opening song of the slapstick TV anime "VLADLOVE" after receiving an offer from director Mamoru Oshii. There are two types of opening songs, and they were in charge of the “My” ver. They packed "LOVEBITES" into 89 seconds. The actual opening movie can be found here. VLADLOVE Opening movie "My" ver. I watch six or seven episodes It wasn't that bad or that worse than compared to most anime that I've seen on and off over the last 20 years. Not every shoe can be Naruto or Inuyasha...
That predatory scream by Asami as she concluded the song impressed Count Dracula tremendously, and as mark of respect the count gave a standing ovation to this performance. Word is out that the Count is resolving matters of copyright with the producers, as he intends to use this composition as the national anthem of the underworld. Kudos to Lovebites!🤣🤣

Just an insane song, the anime MV version (VLADLOVE) is absolutely sick. You should check it out offline. Any true metal fan would not be able to stay away from Lovebites. I listen to them EVERYDAY. Great react and keep it going!! 🐺🦊

I haven't looked into the tuning here but I'm guessing it's drop D. Midori's guitar here is an ESP E-II Arrow. I have one of those! It has a different paint scheme, black nickel hardware, and mine isn't an E-II (E-II means an ESP guitar that's made in Japan). Midori only uses her Arrow on this song.
After looking at several songs from this show, Midori uses her purple (Reindeer Blue) E-II on the first 3 songs with Miyako using this same Dean "V". Midori's purple E-II is in standard tuning, her black E-II is in Drop-D. Midori switches to the black for "Set The World On Fire" while Miyako switches to her Dean ML (Dimebag) leading me to think that Miyako's Dean "V" (a "signature" issue, btw) is in standard tuning, and the ML is in Drop-D to match Midori's black for that song. From that it seems Midori's custom "V" (she collaborated with a class at ESP's Guitar Craft Academy to build it, photo sets on GCA website & Midori's IG) and Miyako's "Signature V" both being in standard tuning. Just my semi-informed speculation...

some of my other favorite songs by them is Shadowmaker/Epilogue (Ballade)/M.D.O/Swansong (with Chopin intro)/Rising/The Crusade/Edge Of The World/Frozen Serenade/Scream For Me/When Destiney Aligned. lots more as wel but this is what i can think off from the top of my head. This is absolutely the best version. Anyone who is upset if they get called chicks, or in my case, smoking hot Asian chicks can go watch flock of seagulls videos. Also, there are no bad tracks, they are all winners.

When I hear Transylvania for music I think Iron Maiden. I know faster and harder thrash then this but these ladies good. Great reaction. For me personally, as great as this live version is, I like the music video better. It sounds better and I like the anime in the video (VLAD LOVE version) as this song is the opening track for several of the episodes of Vlad Love. This is one of my top three songs by Lovebites (I like almost all of their songs). I also think When Destinies Align and Glory to the World are music video first songs.
You def need to also check out the all female metal band from Japan called Nemophila and their song Revive, Adabana or Dissension. You wont be disappointed!.

I enjoy your reactions and enthusiasm, however, as a 'new' reactor (it appears) I suggest you listen to your own video back, headphones on & turning it up to METAL listening levels BEFORE upload. Please note at 12:18 when you ask "what does this song mean?" the MUSIC YOU PLAY IS SO LOUD for those of us who had headphones on, TURNED UP to hear THE MUSIC at METAL level, MAY HAVE EAR DAMAGE from the EXTREME VOLUME DIFFERENCE relative to the music and your voice. If you listen to your own video throughout BEFORE UPLOAD I think you would notice this immediately. I loaded your audio in an editor and determined that your opening intro music, same as your "what does this song mean?" intro and outro, is at 0db (as LOUD as possible!), 2nd intro music is at -1.26db, while your voice is at -5.6db (significantly quieter) and LOVEBITES music is all the way down at -10db, (much quieter than your voice and radically quieter than your intro/outro music). The noise (heard alone a 10:45 your video) is at -30db, but considering that the digital medium has a dynamic range of 90+db, means the noise is 60db above 'silence'. My intent is to constructively inform you about this viewers' listening experience in the interest of facilitating more enjoyable audio levels in your videos (& avoid hearing damage for those of us wearing headphones!). I suggest all music at -2db, whether your intro/outro or the music you are reacting to, and your voice at -7db will still be audible while music is playing. Noise-floor as close to total silence as possible, i.e.: no music or talking ought to be completely silent. You eliminated noise from when you speak, but the 'fan' type noise underlies the music, muddying the sound. It will be even more 'pronounced' with quieter songs. I am subscribed to your channel. 🐺
