This wasn't the worst of it. It used to be a lot worse. It runs ok now, but it makes a little bang going past the first floor. Overall, it's not as bad as it used to be. But it still leaves a little bit to be desired

@dieselducy: Delgado actually rode the freight. The "brand label" that said Craft was really a price sticker.

try to get the freighter while you're there. When Andrew was there (late at night), it was busy, but it shouldn't be during the day

Wow... my workplace has THE EXACT SAME ELEVATOR!! Same chime, same fixtures, same cab interior (except the floor is carpet), and SAME MOTOR SOUND! So I'm guessing this is could be an Otis because the elevator at my place is branded Otis.

Nice elevator. the elevator does bounce and I wonder why. This elevator looks like a Millar but I'm not sure.

"Filechia" Elevator" in a former "Filechia's" (Filene's) store... What did you think of Filene's, did your mother like shopping there? Did you like shopping there? Did your father like shopping there? I can tell you me, nor anybody that I know liked that store EXCEPT Filechia... What a surprise!

That is not a Dover motor nor a Dover interlock. Trust me I have been on this elevator before and it shows absolutly so signs of being a Dover.

@@DieselDucy Huh. Maybe it's a Millar. Because Macy's at Providence Place has a Millar and it too used to be Filene's. Millar was a 3rd party company similar to MEI. They merged with Schindler in the 90s.

I will tell you, what, this elevator worked the best out of all of 'em on March 10, 1998. That was the only day it worked well though

I would say that was made by "Garden State Elevator Industries Inc" since they made the elevat0rs at the NJT part of NY Penn. Sta and they look identical to this 1

I rode this only once. It was so bad that every time I came back to this mall I didn't want to waste a half hour riding one lift!
