I've been struggling with low back pain with the jerk and have been working on my overhead position. This video helped me understand the importance of hip extension as well, which for me is pretty limited with my desk job. Thank you for the helpful video.

Thank you! Thank you! You are the man. Helped so much with my rack position and the problems i was having. It is great to see some one applying scientific knowledge to Kettlebell sport. 5-10 years ago this was no where except russia :)

Nice video but for the future if you want to show something like the position of the spine please wear no shirt at all or a compression/skin-tight shirt so it's easier to see.

What are your thoughts of Long cycle and Jerk for a person with spinal fusion L4-L5 & L5-S1?

That person would have to work especially hard on hip mobility, especially extension, to ensure not too much extension is going into the next moving segment which would be L3-L4.
