Omg! What a great high fat and protein breakfast along with my cup of coffee. I'm snacking less in between, so this is a great way to make it a meal AND for it to satiate my sweet tooth.
To have that cream consistency yet to cut some of the calories, to instead of adding the 1 cup of water....can we add some gelatin with it? I do want it creamy yet rather than just the water added...to include the gelatin in that water?
So would you like to cut down on the cream altogether, and use water all the way? Maybe you can, it will taste lighter. Use jelly to help it set. I just dont know how much for 2 cups + 5 eggs.
