Hello doc… tama po kayo.… kahit matanda na need padin mag exercise .… sa japan… my kasama akong 80plus.… 90plus mga nag gym.… swimming ☺ang lalalkas nila.… 10days palang ako nag lo low carb .… pero 3kilos na binaba ko… w/ gym.… swimming .… yoga at SPA.… thank u so much posa mga video nyo.… 😍nakaka inspired po talaga.…

Thank you very much dc because of lcd plus entermetent diet i lost almost 7 kl for one month and half ,no more pain in my atrities im very happy now,but still i drink my med in hypertention mecardes plus.🙂
