3/4 cup lemon juice about 4 to 5 lemons
1 teaspoon lemon monk fruit drops or 1 1/3 teaspoon lemon stevia drops
8 cups water
4 lemon slices optional

Made this yesterday once I got over the sticker shock for the sweetener. I love it. Nicely balanced. Not too tart, not too sweet.

My daughter bought me a 4.5 pounds of lemons I took our juicer out and juiced all of them and soaking the peels in vinegar to make a cleaner..we drank this drink the last few days

Dang it ... second recipe that I didn't have ingredients for .... You were on a long run for knowing what was in my Pantry ;^) Only fruit I have this week is Avocado (probably not worth the replacement attempt ... it is a joke) I do have Vodka and 2 days ago I could have thought about buying Lemons
