Absolutely fantastic perfume.. I get a longevity of 8+ hours on my skin and about a week (probably more) on my shirt.. it’s sillage is a killer as it fills rooms, corridors, elevators, wherever I go, and even received compliments from people wearing face-masks 😂.. As a woman inclined towards men’s fragrances, I feel very comfortable wearing this in winters.. has been my staple for past 2 years!
I want to see a update on Gents Scents full collection! Not necessarily go through each one, but like how many he has now vs a year ago, how much his collection costs, how the collection has changed over the years, etc.
Finally you’re reviewing this gem. One of my favorite fragrances in my collection. Sick presentation, quality scent that costs a fraction of what it smells like.
I have all most all the Issey Miyake fragrances for men and I have this Lattafa too. It's NOT a clone of Polaris and if I'm not wrong, it's older than Polaris! It was reviewed as a Dunhill Icon Absolute clone by many reviewers a few years back, it's NOT! Lattafa has many original fragrances and this might be one of them. Fantastic scent, to be honest. Most reviewers can't say that with conviction, it's always with the premise of 'for the price'. If this juice was bottled by Tom Ford or any of these big designers, we would be paying through our noses. This is fantastic!
This is prob my fav from lattafa so far. The sweet notes pop louder than I expected on skin. I describe it as oud for greatness and tobacco vanille had a baby. Amazing cooler weather scent! Classy too.
That message saying you won a giveaway is a scam. They said that about a lot of comments. Don't contact anyone. Please check other people's comments, it's saying that about many comments. Obviously they gonna try to get money. That is the goal for scamds.
My favorite cheapie houses right now have got to be Lattafa and Bentley. The longevity, blend, appearance, and availability of their overall portfolios as a whole, are just fantastic for the price.
@@adamdestro123 can I ask a question? Do you have bentley intense for men? How does it perform for you? And does the opening smell strange? I got a bottle from fragranceX and it doesn't last long. I swear it almost had an olive juice smell in the open
@@johnsterthemonster9181 I have a 15 ml decant that is collecting dust since I bought it. Performance is mediocre as well as quality. Smell-wise, Absolute is much better but still does not perform. Not worth it IMO.
@@stgarp85 thanks for the reply. Everyone said it lasts all day and for me it absolutely does not. And the opening smells a bit like olives like I was saying. I was wondering if that's normal or if something is wrong with my bottle. I'm starting to think a lot of the offerings from Lalique don't last too long because I've heard that about all the encre noir fragrances as well. I also smelled another one (with the lion on the bottle) and same thing. Smelled nice but didn't last.
I have over sprayed my old corduroy jacket with Qaa'ed 3 days ago because it smelled like an old wardrobe, I wore that today and I was still able to pick up the scent. Incredible performance.
If this would be sold by a Niche House it would cost at least 200$ and every Reviewer would Hype it. I'm happy to have this frag since 2 years and can get it for a low price.
I absolutely love this fragrance. Woody, manly Middle Eastern scent. This was a perfect addition to my collection. I love woody oud spicy fragrances and this one did not disappoint for a blind buy. And for the price, you just can't loose with this one. BUY IT!!! You will be happy if you do. Oh, and the aroma sticks to you and last. I love you all and be well my friends.
Yeah if it has oud in it they straight away think of to tom ford 😂 oud has been used every day In Middle East before they even heard the name. Typical western hypocrites
Another Michigan man… I dig this as well… And agree, the box does feel really nice for a fragrance you can buy for $18.. Gunna love rockin this with the cold Michigan weather arriving today.
I've had this in my cart twice but passed because I already own an Interlude clone. Knowing that this is not an Interlude and is woody, something I've been looking for lately, I'll pick it up soon.
Hi Ashton love your videos and following you regularly from Senegal in West Africa. I own this fragrance and really like it as well as Khamrah or Asad. Lattafa is doing a great job !
I picked up lots of suede leather more than wood or incense in Qaaed but yes a blend of those characteristics...it smells like a lot more expensive than it is and I would definitely wear with leather jacket
Got this a couple weeks ago , gave it a few sprays, put it back in the box, sprayed it on a couple days ago. The opening nocked my socks off, love this fragrance , clone or not.
@khaleednaza in my opinion, Al oudh is much more versatile in terms of wearability. Qaed is my preferred choice purely on profile, but as it is very dry it's not quite so suitable for all situations.
Stop saying they are clones, in my opinion, they are unique and very much different from one another. Just because they are cheaper doesn't mean they are clones. This mentality needs to stop among frag enthusiasts.
Looking forward to a Best Of Lattafa from your side. I just purchased it and wait for it to arrive. Khamrah for example is an absolute monster! All the best from Germany!
I know that lattafa fragrances are known for their great work in cloning a scent. BUT, How can RASASI HAWAS be a clone of INVICTUS AQUA if HAWAS comes out before? Qaae'd is a fragrance of 2018 and Polaris in 2020.Which of the two is the clone? 🙄 A bit annoying if you ask me.
Thanks for another great review. I’ve gotten big into the middle eastern fragrances and love your recent lattafa reviews. I have this one and def recommend to the community. Thanks again.
I believe this one is pronounced 'Kye-Eed'....another great scent from Lattafa. The quality vs price makes their fragrances an absolute steel! Although not a huge fan of the Middle Eastern scents, this one has grown on me...especially on the dry-down!
I'm been really impressed with lattafa fragrances and their presentation. They are really stepping their clone game up. Their new Eternal Oud is very impressive, Shaheen gold and black and khamrah are all bangers and more than worth their buck.
Lattafa has one goal. To Tell the European designers that they're overrating their creativity. It's just time that they realised they're not that special.
I have owned it for about 3 months now and still struggle with it, the incense is just too much for me, you have to wait for it to wear off, dry down is better for sure.
I had the same issue when I first sprayed it! I thought dear me what a mistake , but waited 15 min - it was worth it , this is a beast & smells rich ! So I just spray it and don’t sniff for 15 min and it heavenly sniffs then after ! 💯
Just got Qaeed in a Lattafa haul this month from Jomashop for $15! This one had a defective atomizer, but a replacement is on the way. Smells really nice. Recently got into Lattafa, b/c of the recent Jomashop sales. I picked up Ejazzi and Ejazzi Silver ($18 each) last month and really enjoy both! This month I got 6 more Lattafa for about $130 shipped! Ragbah, Qaeed, Raed Gold, Raed Silver, Fakhar, and Qaed al Fusan each about $15-$18) and Daarej ($20!) which is probably my favorite, along with Raed Silver, but they all are GREAT for the price!
I got it from a local mosque stall for £12.99. A snobby guy at work was one day rocking this and I just knew it. So I complimented him and he claims he got it for £60 :) from a "special" shop in York, England.
Not a big fan of the opening on this as I find it a bit harsh. Once it calms down in a few minutes you get a not overly powerful smoky leather which eventually (after a couple hours) becomes a soft vanilla that I can still slightly smell the next day. My atomizer is strong, no issues. Interesting fragrance with three definite stages of development on me. $20. Nice bottle and case. You can’t lose.
I got this a few years ago and nobody liked it. I tried to like it but honestly it was horrible and I just gave it away. Still it has a nice bottle so that's a plus I guess 🤷
The only this thing smells of is , Dunhill . And it performs much better , compliments are insane with this one ☝️. If you like oud / Smokey sweet it’s a must have 💯
I have to tell you I have taken this and layered it with Guerlain Le Petite Noir EDP or Legere Noir EDP smokey Cherry is the result . leaning female. Magic!
There’s a new version Qaaed Al Shabab. Leather, Oud , woody , amber. Bit skanky and strong leather smell. More of an Arabian version of Qa’aed . Similar price if you can find it
I'd describe it as a chai (Pakistani tea) scent. Really nice tons of cardamom and other spices with a gourmandy creaminess almost like creamy milk. By far the most realistic spicy fragrance
Honestly don't know how they do it.. the quality and the presentation are unbelievable..🔥and the bottle is so heavy and well built you could beat someone to death with it.
Let's just review these on their own. More like Flankers. I get tired of comparing to something else. I don't care. Does it work on its own? Is it a great value or a dud? Top notes are for salesman as we know. The dry down is what matters.
Got that last week and I think it smells like tar and feathers. Maybe I got a bad batch. I got lattafa eternal oud and I think it’s a amouage royal tobacco clone on the dry down.
I bought a bottle a week ago and love it, I would recommend that everyone give it a try, 👍 Just yesterday a bottle of (Oud Al Shams Eau De Parfuml By Ard Al Zaafaran) arrived, And wow an instant new favorite :) the best I have tried so far.
