Karroter Technique Pvt. Ltd. introduces Low Vacuum Dehydration Machine to remove or separate water from any kind of industrial oil up to 100 ppm or below.
As we know, water boils at 100 deg. C under normal atmospheric pressure. However oil starts deteriorating if it is heated above 65 deg. Hence it is technically impossible to remove water with just heating oil under atmospheric pressure.
We have a proven powerful solution in our Low Vacuum Dehydration Machine (LVDM). We reduce pressure on oil uo to -700 mmHg. Here, water particles present in oil starts boiling below 60 deg C. With this method, water can be separated from oil without changing physical and chemical properties. User can significantly increase oil life and use it for longer time if it is dry.
USP of our machines are low watt density heaters, highly effective chiller unit, powerful & robust vacuum pump which help to reduce water contamination below 100 ppm. Our 4.3" Touch Screen HMI control gives an aid to operate machine by non-skilled person as well. A complete automatic function gives advantage to focus on manufacturing priorities.
