Had a few requests for today's at home LOWER AB workout - so here it is! While we can target the muscles under that lower belly pooch with these ab exercises remember the best way to lose belly fat, or fat in general, is to follow a clean, healthy diet and to incorporate cardio workouts into your routine as well. I've been using this ab routine at the end of my core workouts (also from Heather) for about four months and I've *never* had my abs this defined in my LIFE.

@@Als1822 I moved onto heavy compound lifting and more hypertrophy-type training since this post, so rest assured I have switched it up. This is still a solid foundation to start off with, though!

@@joshstyle123 Sorry for the super late reply: I did this routine about 2 - 3x per week, usually ending a larger core/leg routine. I had to move onto weighted ab exercises but I still highly recommend this as a beginning/intermediate foundation for a solid core.

These moves are perfect, i’m able to keep good form the whole time and i don’t think i’ve felt my abs burn this much ever!

Its sometimes hard to me find a great, dinamic and really burning abs routine and this one is amazing, you really feel how your abs are working and i love it

This is the second of your workouts I followed and I love it so far. I really appreciate how softly you speak, this way I can relax while I follow the workout and enjoy the music without having to worry about turning down the volume not to bother my neighbours. Believe me or not, I have that problem a lot of times following other workout programs because many other trainers use to raise their voice so much to encourage the audience (too much sometimes😅) . You are really sweet! I'll definitely follow and recommend my friends. Keep up the good work! 😊💕

Hi. I am going to be 50 in a few months and had a hysterectomy surgery several months ago. I’m trying to get back into my clothes. I’ve done several of the videos as my daily routine. It takes me longer to see results but I am happy.

So I did this lower ab workout when the video came out on the 15th, and noticed while sitting at work my stomach muscles were sore, then I relaized OH MY GOSH my abs hurt because of this workout I did 2 days ago.......LOVE IT....my abs are still feeling the burn days later. THANK YOU!!!

It was great. Please give us some others for that area for the lower belly. I understand that the diet is needed. I'm not over weight but I'm 70 yrs old and I think that part of it Is child bearing.besides getting old. I'm very subconscious about it and thought that a tummy tuck will resolve the issue but is expensive. I workout for 5 days a week for an hour doing cardio, intermediate Pilates, some yoga and you are one of my instructors. You are great. Thanks again and hope you read my comments.

My abs were screaming for mercy! Great combinations heather! I'm going to keep coming back to this one with the goal of repping out for the entire 20 seconds. I've never done the figure four crunch. Abs are still feeling it.

Frog crunch in one of my favorites because you are working your core and your hip flexors and inner thighs. We do this one our ballet class.

These small 10min workouts have the hardest & most effective moves! The longer ones are easier I think but those are one each work day & my off days are the whole body 10min videos

Some of these are so hard because my bones are so bad in my back and hips and neck and shoulders...but i try. I do the best I can. I have lost about 45 pounds so Im on my way to being better.
