I have lumbar scoliosis. I've tried this exercise as it looks so simple. But I can't get my head back against the wall!

The head against the wall isn't necessary you can but don't have too. Unfortunately I'm struggling with anterior pelvic tilt ATM. As long as you train the pelvis doing the wall it's fine. If you really worry do it on the floor
