Today we tackle the lower body with squats, deadlift hinges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, hamstring curls, and much more.... The leg exercises are designed to build muscle in the butt and thighs. Work your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and inner thighs with these intense lower body exercises. Workout your legs the right way in a safe and controlled manner. Control every hip movement in order to get maximum muscle and strength gains. It's always good to hang out with ya'll.

I'm trying to create a fullbody bodyweight routine with a push pull approach, but I'm not sure how to do it. For example, I'm not sure if I have set too many exercises which involves quads and few for the posterior chain. If you could explore that idea would be awesome.

i have found your youtube chanel as soon as the quarantine started in israel...and every day i do a new workout from the videos you have posted.i am a begginer,even though i used to do pole dancing,but after having a frozen shoulder and tenis elbow infection i couldnt go back to pole dance.also i am a massage therapist and i can tell you that your workouts are so healthy for the body and that you have a very good understanding in anatomy and how to work with people that have strougeling with the body and pain.i love your videos and wish some day ill be able to take the private classes with you.thank you so much for all of this!!!!

This is a rest day for me. I really went at it yesterday. It was hot and I did chores and repotted some big cacti. I feel pretty good and spending some time studying more of your videos. Thanks for your fitness tips and ideas.

I really love your channel. Had an injury to my lower back. "work related" May 11th. Nothing serious though I'm in my 50s Before the injury & lockdown I was pretty active. Surfing. Teaching & training in martial arts. The gym, etc ... Since finding your channel its opened up new doors for me to add to stretches I already do & shown me a new perspective regarding exercise. Thanks so much!

This is so Jane Fonda!!!! Very good indeed! It surprises me to see a guy doing these types of all fashioned exercises! I love them dont get me wrong, But many guys would consider them to be girlie exerices BUT YOU SHOWED all those men out there just how good they actually are!!! High five to you mate!!! :) I still use a lot of these exercises in my classes because i really think they are the best! And for that reason, Ive subscribed!! :)

Quality! Been doing your videos for a week now. Recommended your channel to all my colleagues. That squat-to-knees exercise was tough! - looking forward to nailing it in the future. This is such a nice way to start the day. Small constructive comment - I found the voice guidance to be loudly overpowered by the music. Don't get me wrong, I like royalty-free instrumental jazz as much as the next man, but found myself messing with my TV's volume while trying to focus on your awesome routine. Didn't see this happening in your other videos, so you probably got that taken care of. Keep doing what you do Josh - thanks for making the world a healthier more conscious place.

I wondered about this in other of your videos, from my yoga and pilates experience I assumed is recommended that when lowering the hips like in the exercise at 8:12 we should not let the knees go beyond the toes line... but in some knee exercise that is exactly what you suggest. What do you say, is it not harmful?

Haven't used a barbell in over 6 months.. Mostly because I've been prioritizing other goals. That being said I've squatted a barbell for most of my training career

when you bend forward,you right shoulder goes a bit lower than your left. This (probably, not certain for sure) might be a sign of a weakness in the left leg.
