Thanks Sir! I added this into my back attack this afternoon. I REALLY felt it in my lower lats and some in my traps. Thanks for the tips and may purchase one of your plans this fall.
I've not seen that variation, sort of a cross between a lat pulldown and a row. The angles are different, and only available on a cable machine. Unique, and good to know.
You can also get the same effect from close grip lat pulldowns using the V bar, where you bring the bar to the lower pecs, upper abs and slight arch in the back. The only thing problem here, is you cannot go heavy because you'll be taking your shoulder muscles out of the equation throughout the movement. Adds lots of stress on the core muscles as well.
Sort of seen this but with the bench incline it’s so much easier to balance and focus rather than trying to force the row handle in front of you from the lat pull down machine
Hey Charles can you please guide, how many exercises should we do? Like if we are doing biceps and triceps together then should we 4 exercises of bicep and 4 of triceps? The total exercises would be 8. Is it good?
Sometimes Charles just tries too hard and it becomes gimmicky. I respect his knowledge, but honestly, there's a lot of respectable trainers on RU-vid debunking a lot of bad advice he's giving out. Just being objective. Look into it.
