Hi Caroline, Thanks for sharing the wonderful video. I could get best benefit and I was looking for many to control blood glucose but definitely this one just killed it. You are amazing and expect lot from you. Wishing you and your family happy new year. Great going forward 👏
Hi Caroline. I'm new to your channel and this is a tough workout.. I'm 69 year old type 1 diabetic, into my 51st year on insulin. After lunch, I spiked to 202 and after this workout, I'm 133 and dropping per my CGM. I've booked marked this video for repeat use. Curious, are you also a TD1? Thanks for great upbeat, effective workout.
I was looking for exercises/walking to be done after a meal and to lower blood sugar and you popped up! Just done your 'Indoor walk for digestion' which is so useful after my meals and when the weather is not playing ball...as its raining right now. Felt great and will be such a useful tool for me ....just like this video and others of yours. Thank you. New subscriber.
I have to work on this. Ima not that limber and can't move like this at my beginner phase. I'm doing what I can. I feel it's not much. May need to go back to simpler exercises. It's a great video though.
Thanks for the workout 🏋🏾 I was waiting for you to post your results on the screen 📺 Then I decided to check mine, it went from 127 to 91 😮 I am amazed ! you know have a New Loyal Subscriber 😁😁😁😁😁
I love your short exercise videos, however being 120lbs overweight AT THIS MOMENT, the floor exercises in this one are a bit too challenging (it's mostly about getting up and down to do them). I will revisit this one after I've lost another 30 lbs. But again, THANK YOU !!!!
Have not done excersing for two years post shoulder surgery. Just finished 10 min and got my but kicked. This has inspired me to continue as I want yo get back to my fitness level. Still at 59, not bad.
Hi Caroline , is workout better after eating or before eating for reducing insulin spike and muscle building., and I have big tummy too . Love your exercise
Great exercise Caroline, thank you. Some of them a bit tough for me as I am experiencing frozen shoulder at the moment. I wonder if you would have any exercise for frozen shoulder relief? Thank you so much!
Hello Caroline: Thank you very much for sharing this exercises for us. It is very invigorating helping to keep myself staying all day fresh and remain engaged with smile. This matters more than what the devices tell about our health as many of these numbers are based on narrow assumptions. Let us enjoy our life sincerely helping our fellow humans and carry the same spirit what Caroline is doing for us. 👍😃
For me after this exercise it raised from 12 to 15 😢. I am prediabetic and I really need to check my HB A1c levels. I may become diabetic during the last few months. Thanks any way.
i just put my arms up in the air, then bend at the waist, touch the floor with my hands & back up to start position & keep repeating. my daughter actually made me a shirt the says NO BURPEES for my aerobics class. instructor loved it.
Somehow, I experienced a total opposite… Fasting sugar was 145 and after this 10 min workout, it went to 160😢 Am I missing something? Someone pls guide me… I’m really demotivated!
This ecercise is for after meals. If you are working out on a fasted state, the glucose spikes temporarily as a way of your body relasing energy from stored reserves, but it also drops later in the day. In the long run it builds your body resilience so a bit of a spike after exercise on fasted state is actually good.
