1976 में भी LP रिकॉर्ड्स आम आदमी की पहुंच के बाहर थे, 40 या 45 रुपए का एक LP मिलता था, आज 2024 में भी बहुत महंगे हैं, एक LP 4000 रुपए का मिल रहा है । आपकी LP कलेक्शन बहुत अच्छी है । धन्यवाद

Living in India since 2 years, and music lover I started to look for Indian records. I think NGH is over priced, the price is more expensive than most of brand new LPs. I prefer to go for second hands records on small markets.

Yes true. Almost all online stores are overpriced. But it is ok to pay little bit extra for LPs you can't find anywhere else.

Does normal chartpaper tend to stick with the vinyl records overtime? I have lots of 45s and I've been thinking about making a sleeve myself by using chartpaper. Since I can't find any inner sleeves for 45s.

No it doesn't. If you live near costal areas with high humidity then plastic sleeve is best before putting in cardboard or chart paper sleeve. Its very easy to make and you will enjoy it making. But you should never stack your records. Always store them vertically.

@@sringjoymondal9377 Yes once about 2 years back but don't remember which record (Maybe Indian classical or Indian devotional) . I have had no bad experience (in terms of quality and shipping duration) with any of the Indian sites. Normal shipping duration was 4-7 days.

No, unfortunately you cant. Because these are only players. You cannot record to it. Recorders are only for making primary master disc which are only for factory use.

Yes any turntable which is 33 and/or 45 RPM. Some very old vintage ones are only 78 RPM which plays only 78 RPM.

You can only sell them on OLX and Quikr. Be sure to take good pics and write the true quality of the records and cover. You can check the value of similar records on other sites and post it below the price.

1982 mein 45 rpm small new record 20rs tha, aur 33rpm wala lp record 45rs ka milta tha aur aaj iska old price 400se 2000 tak hai mujhe pata nahin tha ke ek din aisa aayega, maine bahut sara record waste kiya

My parents had a lot of records but later no record player to play. Few years back my mom put many of them outside in the sun while cleaning the house and most of them became twisted and unusable. Then with the remaining few I decided to buy a record player and play them 🙂

Best is to put on olx or quickr. Put 1 post per record and fill in all track list as well as its cover. Find the average cost from other sites and price it a bit below that. Also mention the true quality of the records. Collectors look for specific records and they are most likely to drop to individual posts.

For selling 1000+ records you have 2 options. For selling in bulk you could get Rs.75-200 per LP if you sell to online dealer websites such as ngh.co.in/ or bollywoodvinyl.in/ etc. Or you can start your own small website at cost of around 25k and sell them directly at approx. Rs.500-1000 per piece (depending upon quality and cover) . Also you could use free facebook page. But in all you will have to click record images and post their quality grading and details which may be a lot of effort. You may not be able to sell them quickly as very few people own record players today.

Best option is OLX and Quikr. You can check your record average price on different sites that sell them. Post it with its original picture and all tracks and its current condition. Many collectors look for specific records and regularly search these sites and they can see your post.

I'm sorry to say the way you pulled out the etched lp of MJ almost made me cringe. Please handle your records carefully. Specially when you take them out of the sleeve. At that time it gets scratched.
