Hi.. I have the same model of printer. Working fine before on my old laptop. But when I changed the laptop I used, I'm having a hard time to install a driver. Following thes same process I did last time to use is not working anymore. what is the label driver you used? Thank you.
I was having one hell of a time getting this thing to work properly as well. Took about an hour of tinkering but it does work very well if you have the settings right. Adjusted the speed down to 3, increased density to 8 and changed the advanced paper settings to labels w/marks. It now works wonderfully. Maybe these settings will work for you too, assuming you still have it. It doesn't beat a Zebra printer but it does the job for the price. Best of luck!
