I heard it first from the mainstream media especially before and after it was approved. The media can’t cover the project in detailed manner like this due to limited minutes of tv time. Try to visit the DPWH website about all the finished and ongoing projects.

This kind of projects must be shown in our main stream media. Did you notice that the LRT extension stations included MIA which is originally the name of NAIA. :) Hopefully they will return its original name.
This is like the building of the train in Dubai, we called it Lego but it's actually really good because it's efficient, environmental friendly, stronger which make it to last a century and super fast to build. I have no words for this, FANTASTIC!!!!

Being from India...largest Railways and Metro system...I migrated to beautiful Philippines in 2018...and immediately started praying for a good national Railways...esp to Vigan where we live. 8 hours by Partas to Manila would probably be just 3 hours in comfort. I can forsee lots of jobs, development, new planned cities, less congestion and more commuting to Manila among many benefits of a good Railways.
