Torquestorms are very cool. I really wanted to try one but I just can't justify the cost vs the boost they put out, vs a turbo. But I love that they are American made and have self contained oil. Also they look super clean!
I spent all kinds of time and money putting an X pipe on my Cutlass S W31 and I will throw it in the scrap bin one day soon :-) Drive shaft, driveshaft loop, both are a big problem with x pipe
302-2 or 302-3? On the pan…i know the 303-3 is rated for 4” stroke and only 3.622” on the 302-2…..im just running a stock truck pan on my ‘73 c/10….the setup is very similar to this one with a vortech centrifugal supercharger…..on my nova i have a 302-2 pan but i need to get a 302-3 because im building a 408 to replace the LSA supercharged 370 Lq9 it has now….
Why go through so much effort for the x pipe? Obviously you guys know how to make brutally fast cars and know what you're doing, but is the x pipe really worth the headache it's causing? Serious question.
Whatever happened to people attempting quality work? It seems most everyone prides themselves on "shittiness then begs people to spend money on their crap. I'm glad you guys don't take that approach to your FASTcars. I enjoy that side of the channel
