You need to switch over to a chasebays tuck radiator with the race line fans. I was having cooling issues with an almost identical setup.

I had same cooling issue. I ended up getting a dual pass radiator(Koyo) with the newer Ferale fans that flow 4,000cfm. Now my fans come on at 195 and cuts off 185

525hp on 14psi is not good at all for that engine... What's wrong with it? The old 2.8 v6 I built years ago made 500 on 14psi with a smaller turbo..
