This mission had some mistakes.You sent the SWAT in when they have hostages,and you throw tear gas in a room of hostages.You should have closed the road.Good job otherwise.They should add a SWAT Sniper.And a roof Swat team.That would be a nice update to LSPDFR.Also,They need to add Flashbacks like the real SWAT,then the team will move in.

negotiating: 1. never lie 2. never make a promise, regardless if you can do it or not. 3. never contradict or talk down to them. 4. "work with them". 5. start small before these aren't all things you did wrong but its a good go-to for future negotiations. you never lie, firstly, and always try and get something from them before you tell them you are getting what they want(lie or not) they had no reason to release hostages after you tell them you have the bus they wanted on the way...the leverage became theirs. I am interested to have seen the rest of the dialogues if you could have done further talks like the alarm for example. the alarm is annoying but there was no tactical advantage...it's useful because you can leverage it if they want it off. this may be a video game but I knew the talks were over the second you promised them the bus was on the way.

The dead hostages are probably the result of the tear gas. In Grand Theft Auto V, any sort of weapon, even a taser, can kill someone. I know that before LSPDFR was developed, the in-game taser was actually lethal the moment it shocks someone. I hope that Sam and the other LSPDFR developers nerf the tear gas grenades to make playing SWAT feel more realistic.

At 10:44, this is the first time that someone chose NOT to kill the alarm during this bank heist callout. All of the other popular LSPDFR RU-vidrs that I have seen always choose to deactivate the alarm. Nice to see something different for a change.

Actually LED's been around for around 50 years. Do some research on them, I have a 1992 Caddy Eldorado with LED rear lights. Many early 90's GM vehicles came with standard LED rear lights, Cadillac started in late 1980's

Appearance-wise, the main difference between the 91' and 94' is that the 91' had "skirted" rear-wheel wells whereas the 94' was full-round...other differences: the 91' had black sectional marks on the taillights, the 94' did not but grooves going across, the 94' received the legendary 5.7 LT1 V8

The major differences between the 91’ and 94’ caprice is that the 91’ has a rear fender skirt and black door pillars, the 93-96 models don’t have either of those. The 93-96 9c1 police package also had an upgraded Lt1 v8 for police use compared to the previous 91-92 engines.

The 1991 caprice usually had a smaller engine than the 1994. From my uncles experience the 1994 can easily reach tops speeds of 150 MPH. He was in the Montana Highway Patrol during the mid 90's. He explained that the 94-96's had the Chevrolet 5.7L V8 which is a very fast engine. Where as the 91-93's had a smaller 5.0L V8. That is the main difference between the two.

91 caprice had either a 4.3 v6 or 5.7 v8 the 94-96 body style had the same engines however the 5.7 was the famed Lt1 corvette motors with almost 300 horsepower and one of the quickest police cars ever built. They went 140mph plus in testing

The difference between 91 and 94 was the 91 had half wheel well openings in rear and in the police community were nicknamed bathtubs, Chevrolet went back to completely open rear wheel wells in 93 1/2 to 96 which were the last year for the caprice and Impala SS which was an unmarked police package with a corvette LT 1 ENGINE

I think the difference between the 91 and the 94 Caprices the rear wheel wells or smaller on the 91 they look more like it has a fender skirt on it and then 94 it has a big round wheel Arch.

@FirstThirtyMinutes The Differences between the 1990 (9C1) Caprice and the 1994 Caprice for US Police Departments The difference is that the 1994 variant has 15 more brake horsepower and 15 more torque so has 205bhp rather than 190bhp that the 1990 variant had. The major changes from the 1990 variant (also known as the 9C1 to all police departments in the US) to the 1994 variant is that a B4U Towing Package was added. The towing package also gave a heavy duty suspension nearly identical to the 9C1 police car suspension, 2.93 gears, heavy duty cooling, heavy duty rear drum brakes and limited-slip differential. The 1994 Caprice's interior had a redesign which featured a Camaro steering wheel, digital speedometer and a new console. Production of this vehicle stopped in 1996 when consumer choice changed to SUV vehicles. I hope this helped you out man! By the way I love your videos and am glad to have helped! the 94 was the first year for the LT1 vette motor. the 91 still used the old tbi engine. also, the rear wheel wells were different

Just a heads up, you killed all of the dead hostages by shooting them and throwing tear gas in rooms with hostages. Next time when throwing tear gas, make sure no hostages are around the tear gas grenade pop location (tggpl) because you risk a very, very dead hostage.
