The biggest trait that Burrow has that no one seems to talk about is the killer mentality/will. Against Bama he sealed the game, against Oklahoma he never gave them a chance scoring 7 Td's in the first half, he put the dagger against Clemson when he threw that slot fade... His accuracy + mobility + clutch factor= Great

As a Bengals fan what made me fall in love with this guy as a QB is his intangibles. They're out of this world. He already has amazing talent. The work ethic, improvement every game, mindset, time spent at the facility just wanting to get better, it's just unbelievable and everything I'd want in a QB. When being a fan of a bad organization, to succeed you need something like this to fall right into your hands. I can't believe it did. Looking around the rest of the AFC North, Lamar is great but doesn't look like the best pure passer. It makes coming from behind tough. Baker Mayfield has good energy, but it doesn't seem so good when there's adversity. Big Ben is getting old. Joe? He has it all. I can't wait for next year.

It really was... Joe Brady was a part of the Sean Payton westcoast system. He wasn't high on the totom pole as an assistant on the saints Offense staff but look how he co-ordinated that LSU offense. It was an NFL offense with the personal to match vs college competition. 15-0 CHAMPS

LSU's resume speaks for itself. Went 15-0 with the hardest schedule in the country and beat the two premier teams in the sport. Joe Burrow had the greatest season in college football history and LSU deserves to go down as the greatest team in CFB history.

2019 LSU is definitely one of the greatest teams ever, but I think Joe Burrow had the single greatest individual season of any player in college football history. Those 7 top 10 wins, ridiculous completion %, touchdown record, Heisman margin of victory, and obviously winning a championship. Nothing but respect for him, but as a Bama fan, I'm really glad he's gone!

Christopher Matthew Grant same, I do think having Zack Taylor there helps in the sense of being open to fitting what works best around Burrow. If they can hit their draft picks with linemen to help out, I think the Bengals can get a respectable 6 maybe 7 wins with Burrow.

Ohio State is playing Oregon in Eugene next year. OSU played TCU last year for a home and home and TCU backed out. It's not like Ohio State wont play teams at home. Nick Saban doesnt do that.

@Zachary Chaffin - Great point. Colin didn’t do his homework. I will take it a step further with OSU. Remember who they scheduled a home and home with and the other team didn’t back out? OU. Yep. And ironically, OU beat OSU at OSU, and OSU beat OU at OU. You can’t get any bigger than that. So OSU does schedule the big boys. I get so tired of Saban, and Colin was right on this point, of scheduling FSU in Atlanta in 2017 or USC in Dallas in 2016, or Wisconsin in Dallas in 2015. Put your $ where your mouth is Saban, which ironically looking at their schedule going forward they are doing some good home and home series, but in years past they didn’t except for Penn State many years ago.

JaCoby Stevens- leader, mid round prospect, underrated Af Stingley- 2nd best corner in the country Fulton- best corner in the country Phillips,Queen, Divinity, Clark - phillips and queen were incredible all year. Speedy collective unit. Chaisson 1st rd pretty good rusher Lawrence, shelvin, fehoko, logan, Ika, Farrell, great run stoppers. Most will play in the NFL

You don't know that at all. This isn't about who had the most talent. It's about who had the best team. Do I know who would win the game? Of course not, no one does. However with all this LSU team accomplished this season they're definitely in the conversation. 7 AP top ten wins this season, most ever. Half the teams they played were in the top 10. Also no one knows what some of these LSU players will do in the pros. Delpit, Fulton, Stingly will all be first round picks on defense. Burrow will go #1 Chase, Jefferson and Marshall and Moss will be high round draft picks. CEH and Some of their O line could possibly be too.

DJKhal21 1995 Nebraska is better overall they had ZERO weaknesses. Had the best offense and defense in the country beat 4 Teams that finished in the top 10 by 21 or more points and their closest game was by 14. They had a total of 27 players from that team go pro and they averaged over 400 yards rushing a game and their defense allowed 78 yards rushing per game. Their offensive line never gave up a sack and they averaged 53 points per game

Yes they were!!! The average score was 53-14. And they played 4 top ten opponents, that average score 49-18! The most dominant team in college football history. LSU would score 40, but they would give up 70 if they played. It’s not even close!!!

I’ve actually heard people say “We were all fooled...Clemson and Lawrence were exposed...they tricked us all those years!!!!!” That is so damn stupid...Clemson has the best chance of all the 2019 Contenders to be better next year than this year and they have the easiest path to the playoff. I wanted to touch base on your targeting discussion. Clemson‘s linebacker was head hunting Joe Burrow. He took a big shot At him and didn’t knock Joe out and then he came looking for him and that’s why he got the targeting call. Clemson realized after the first quarter did their only hope to win that game was to take Joe Burrow out of the game. I will guarantee you that the defensive coordinator or the linebackers coach got with that kid and told him get Burrow out of the game. The refs were on point, it was the correct call and LSU shredded, I mean shredded Clemson‘s “vaunted” defense! 🏆 Geaux Tigers!

You so called analyst are supposed to watch football. Every single LSU fan who watched every LSU game knew without a doubt that this is the best team we ever saw at LSU, and I'm very confident this is the best team of all time. But like I was gonna say you so called analyst actually thought Clemson had the #2 ranked defense???? Look who those stats were compiled against. Lawrence is nothing special, look his schedule, how many games did he have where his completion percentage was 60 or below? 6 games... In case you're wondering it was 49% against LSU, an actual defense who got criticized all year long just because we had a hard schedule. I'm glad to see y'all are giving credit now but now it's too late, y'all already look stupid. There was never a team who played this many top 10 opponents in one season. Like you said they beat the top 4 teams predicted at the beginning of the season and they beat them by an average of 25 points. That's never been close to accomplished before.

@Tattle Boad Strength of schedule. Go compare the schedules from each year and see how Alabama was lucky enough to make it to the playoffs with all the physicality they had to got through. Even still I'll just settle this debate like this. SEC has 6 Nattys while ACC has only half of that and that's ONLY thanks to Clemson. It's easier to win when your players dont get murdered on the field.
