LU BU A BEAST | Three Kingdoms - OverSimplified - REACTION 

Those interested, there's a chinese live action series Three Kingdoms 2011 with 96 episodes, all on youtube. Not quite the budget of Game of Thrones, but the writing quality is twice as good. Well worth checking out.

One thing I learned from being a fan of Dynasty Warriors for over 10 years is that: what ever you do "Do not pursue Lu Bu".

I think the reason the older Dynasty Warriors games got the names wrong might be because they were using English phonetics instead of Chinese. I do not blame them though. Chinese is difficult.

For those who are confused about the Battle of Red Cliffs. Dynasty Warriors called it Chi Bi.

i remember playing dynasty warriors as a kid lol and then reading about chinese history really familiarized the characters with me. and three kingdoms story is truly fascinating!

The older Dynasty Warrior games focused on the three kingdoms in their glory days, but later ones also covered the Jin that rose up near the end to win it all

Oversimplified pronounced correct, later version of Dynasty Warrior also pronounce that way, more accurate how Chinese name suppose to pronounce

Cao Cao is pronounced Tsou Tsou. kind of a 's' sound, with a subtle T in front Someone ore knowledgeable correct me if I'm wrong

Dynasty Warriors is a game inspired by the Novel book "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" which alters the true history of the 3 kingdoms but, it still is a good read and the game inspired by it is fun. My favorite character is Ma Chao.

sameeee ^^ I knew so much of this information already because I've played all Dynasty Warriors games from 3-8 so for this reaction I was like oh my gosh someone else who has played Dynasty Warriors. Also Cao Cao is pronounced Tsou Tsou, however the game series did call him Cao Cao up until 6 I think, in the last 3 it was corrected and changed to the Tsou Tsou pronunciation.

Romance Of 3 Kingdoms was my game. It would take 7 straight days to beat the game by uniting China.

The crown prince would be chosen from one of the children of his actual wives. It would not necessarily be the oldest, mind. The woman who gave birth to the heir gained an incredible amount of prestige and/or power. Power in Chinese courts depended, obviously, on your position and also often on merit/honour. When they say the eunuchs gainned power, they likely gained ministerial roles. That is also why you often saw literal assassinations among officials.

Normally I like your reactions, but this time the guy simply won't shut up, didn't stop the video when he was saying longer things and simply kept on interrupting the video and vital informations every two seconds. Cao Cao is pronounced as saow saow, Liu Bei is Leeu Bae, Sun Quan is Soon Tran

If you want too you should check out dynasty warriors 7 or 8 if you ps3/xbox 360(or ps4/xb1) if you like the dynasty warriors games. If you want more fantasy elements checking out warriors orochi series is cross over with dynasty and samurai warriors together. IMO great fun games if you want some simple to play by yourself or playing with a friend or family because its a easy game to pick up and play and enjoy the story in the game. My favorite character is Jiang Wei of Shu, Wu is my favorite kingdom and IMO Cao Cao was the best leader of all three of them.

You should play dynasty warriors 7 or 8 to know the 4th Kingdom of Jin story and know how all the three kingdom fall of jin kingdom

The Dynasty Warriors games pronounced most of the names wrong. It is Sow Sow (cao cao), Lou Bay (liu bei), Soon Shwan (sun quan).

You're right the Dynasty Warriors games were the backbone of chinese history for the west if you weren't in a special studies program. Guan Yu for life tho. Check out the new total war game based on the 3 Kingdoms.

It's Tsao Tsao which the games fixed 6 and onwards, and 6 actually was also released for the PlayStation 2 and that version had a tiny bit more content

in reality emperor Liu Shan ( son of Liu Bei) is seen as a failure, but in his view he think war is bad and to go to war with a more powerful faction is to kill his people so he decided to surrender and act dumbed in the surrender ceramony to survive.
