I commend this couple for taking their daughter back and their grandchildren. For loving their daughter unconditionally and her children too. I was unfortunate because I lost my son but I have taken his 7 children in because I am their grandma/puj/pog. I love my grandchildren because they are all I have left of my only child/son. I miss him everyday but when I do I just have to look at my grandkids and it is like he is still with me. I will fight for all my grandchildren -ALWAYS! ALL children are precious no matter boy or girl and we need to treasure them and cherish and love them.

Love this story! My parents are the same way, our children’s doesn’t owe us anything, they didn’t asked to be born, it’s our job to raise and to protect them. This mother is not influencing her daughter yet she is protecting her child. I wish more elders listen to this story and learn a thing or two and not criticize this parents. It's okay. My parents don't care either. They have spiritual guidance also but we are their kids. Even tho we are married my parents says that no one calls our spirits and other stuff so they just do it with theirs. My dad says so what! They are my kids! If I don't do it, who will? So my family has been doing this for years. Calls our spirits/ husband's & all our kids. They Call everyone's spirits home. 🥰 these parents are like mine. I love these kind of parents. 💗

I don’t encourage divorce, especially when kids are involved. It’s best to work on the marriage, unless it’s not a healthy relationship. Taking your kids to marry another will never work. They will only torture those kids.

If more parents were likes these two, we would have so many less murder/suicide Hmong daughters in the community.

We hmong parents when your daughter is a Dr or lawyer, engineers. We claim she it our daughter. Also when our son and nyab don't want to take care us or do our funeral. We go ask our daughter and son-in law come to pool money for the funeral cost. So be kind to our daughter too.
