LUBBOCK, TEXAS, USA 

The big building at around 4:00 in is leaning, if you pay close attention. That building took a direct hit from an F5 tornado. Literally, it hit the building and split into 2 separate tornadoes, one that quickly died off and the other went on to destroy quite a lot of property in its path. That was in May of 1970.

Is it allways cloudy in Lubbock? Everytime I go to visit its cloudy. Im thinking about moving there but it looks gloomy compared to Amarillo.

Hey guys trying to move to West Texas soon, looking for options. What city would you guys recommend me to raise a family? I was thinking Abilene, Lubbock or Amarillo TX. Tired of DFW , so crowded nowdays, crime increasing, and tired of humidity in general. any suggestions much appreciated.

Kind of drab after viewing the Amarillo video and that city was smaller. No city lights, the architecture wasn't inspiring, and not a fan of the bricked streets either. Maybe I'm just nitpicking. The place may actually be pretty lively and this was just a slow day. Based on what I've seen it's not bad, but it could definitely be better. Every other Texas city with a major college had downtowns that looked better than most bigger cities and had people and cars everywhere. The streets and towers light up and just make you want to visit to see what's there. Maybe I'll visit on my way to Amarillo. I'll at least give it a chance.
