Not sloppy per se but the he sacrificed class for style. Everyone has his preference. I guess this guy would do great at higher clubs and the Japanese ones are more for a high society gathering.
Im more wondering why he uses a mini keg to store whiskey but doesnt seem to think that the keg will effect his count pour but then isnt so confident in count pouring with campari.

This is truthfully why I find premium bartending so fascinating. I havent had alcohol yet but its incredible. This is what Apple did earlier in the olden days with the iPhone. They not only made a product, they made an experience. The legacy of which is the sole thing the newer versions still ride on and continue. Same goes for Ferrari or Lamborghini or Bugatti or any successful car brand. Or luxury watches. I find it absolutely fascinating and marvellous. Incredible.
Pésima ejecución, por más gracia que le desees poner a un cocktel, es demasiado tiempo, movimientos innecesarios, sobredilucion....como para verlo quizás este entretenido, pero como barman, ya desde el tipo de Shake...no es buena ejecución .......8/10 al video....4/10 al protocolo 👎
