Rebuilding the twin-pot Lucas HP2 calipers found on Audi B5 S4, Allroad 2.7T, some A6 and A8, and the Passat W8.
the dust seal was stuck between the piston and the bore, therefore restricting the piston to return.

How did you get the center accordion boot to go around the lip of the outer half once you bolted everything back together?

You have to put up the boot first

How did you remove the caliper from the hub assembly?

christopher Marshall there are two 22mm bolts on the back on the caliper.

The video shows the tire, 235/40/ZR 18. Also there is not 16in Audi Rotor wheels
