I really miss this show. I wish there was still something like this. I loved the homage towards telenovela style writing and i loved the wrestling. Great storytelling and great wrestling is what i love.
Jesus I had no idea just how much talent was on this show. Karrion Kross? Sonny Kiss? Along with all the other talent like Penta, Fenix, Rey, Ricochet, Swerve Scott, Santos Escobar, Jeff Cobb, John Morrison, Thunder Rosa, they had Mayu Iwatani, Io Shirai and Kairi Sane as well. Fuck me.
No one remembers this season b.c no one wants to remember it. First two were incredible, third season was fun and the fourth is pretty much a total miss. They stopped featuring unique luchadors, and began using more US/mainstream wrestlers instead
Sad to think even if LU had a revival nearly none of the original well known guys would be there. Puma, Mundo, Taya, Cuerno and Killshot all went to WWE. Vibora, Cage, Fenix and Pentagon are in AEW. Mack and Crane are in Impact. Sexy Star probably would be blacklisted due to the Rosemary incident and I don't see them working with Ivelisse again. I would assume maybe Cobb would come back to reprise his role as Matanza, and that's assuming the remainder who didn't go to another company actually return as well. So yeah, the company would be missing a good chunk of their bigger names if they somehow managed to revive it.
Lucha Underground had different stables or tribes as they called them and he was part of The white rabbit tribe which also consisted of Paul London and others. Kross was still Kross.
10. End of the World 9. Drill Claw 8. Kill Stomp 7. Thrill of the Kill 6. Curb Stomp 5. Wrath of the Gods 4. Diving Double Stomp 3. Pentagon Driver 2. Superkick 1. Fear Factor
Why don't the announcers call their finishers by their names , that the wrestlers created . Even know some of the moves are old and taken like the stunner lol
Was that Transvestite Sunny Butt Kiss taking the Modified Locoplata from Jacques Evans?? EDIT: Indeed it was but under the name "XO Lishus".....very homosexual. Anyway "The White Rabbit" LOL. Also was that "Lucha Sore Ass" going by the name, "Vibora"??
@@Franki8000one of my least favourite wrestlers because I love lucha Libre but his wife taking a mask off is known as disrespect because I'm glass the mask vs mask or mask vs hair match I think you may know what the mask vs mask match is and if watched octagon triple A WCW when worlds Collide those the match between el hijo del Santo and the late great Eddie Guerrero I'm worrying about that was a mask vs hair match the most iconic of that match type but there's also the Sami callihan vs pentagon Jr mask vs hair match anniversary 2018 aka Slammiversary xvi
@@williammcdermott8692 IKR, I'm a latino and taking the mask off someone has to be one of the most disrespectful actions in wrestling, but it was his wife, not Sami himself so I'm cool with him, plus, it's a easy way to get heel heat so business stuff ig.
Mil Muertes so badass but damn did his finisher sucked.. He was better off ripping off Baron Corbin and using the end of days, for at least then the move would be done by a wrestler with talent... And if not, even the elevated flatliner would've been a major improvement and would utilize the man's power
In the guys defence he's had about 15 different finishers across multiple gimmicks from piledrivers, to chokeslams, to splashes to two different sharpshooter variants. He probably just wanted to try something different
