Love love love the shop,owner,MR.Frank is just amazing person very very friendly and very easy to chats with ,and oh well here is the Lucy bright star of the shop so such shame we didn’t meet when i was picking up my janome ``m7 continental from the shop.But being serve and having a massive help from MR.Frank himself was absolutely amazing !!!!!Very highly recommend this shop for everyone who is thinking about new machine but not so sure which one to choose they are very friendly with massive amount of choices and even bigger knowledge what kind of sewing machine you will need and not outgrow in just few months.Mr.Frank please open your shop in South east we desperately need one like Yours over here.Best Wishes for everyone Mario

Do you have to oil the bobbin before putting a new one in for a brand new machine ? If no, how often am I suppose to oil? I just got a brand new machine today and saw the picture bobbin cap showing an oil icon. Very new to this sorry if it’s obvious or not.

Hi I have a single needle brother vr embroidery machine and I have just bought a magnetic hoop but I cannot fit it onto the machine, the size is 200x320, please can you advise on how to attach this please, most appreciated
