I believe you are right about the corruption Mark, the more you look into this case the stronger the stench of corruption becomes, it stinks to high heaven. They know it themselves too. They will be panicking and trying to cover their backs, stalling at every opportunity, maybe even bringing more charges so the can bring in more media bans, I would not put anything past them. You are a Hero, stay strong , pray for Lucy, no matter what pressure comes upon yourself remember she is having far worse. She will be free one day because of people like you.

Just looked at the terms of reference of the Thirlwell Inquiry. They all refer to Lucy and the convictions but perhaps there is a chance evidence will challenge these terms and expand the scope. Excellent as always. Mark.. many thanks

As a nurse I know how doctors work, they can be enemies but when they fail because of their incompetence they rub each other’s backs. That is the sad truth.

The Thirlwall enquiry, when it does eventually go ahead, they will say that something like, " this must never again be allowed to happen". And then they will recommend ways of preventing that it never will. But how will they come to any useful conclusion whilst an innocent nurse spends the rest of her days locked away. After being accused and being the reason why this inquiry is needed. Incarcerated by a less than honest trial and judged by a jury that had been fed untruths. I keep asking myself, " how on earth as this happened? " Too many things have happened recently to allow me to trust the police or the judiciary any more.
