I saw this recipe today and was impressed with the technique and the dish. So today while deciding to make dinner on the fly i was inspired and decided to incorporate the technique for the making of the sauce in the video to use with some ready made Cheese Tortellini Pasta and can Chopped Clam. The sauce was really damn good, creamy and orange red due to the Tomato Paste in the cream. I didn't use any wine, but it be so even better if it did. Regardless, I really like the technique for making sauces. Thanks Chef Ludo for inspiring!
You know what, I think they are offering this on the specials board at Petit Trois this week. That place is solid; great meal every time I go which makes it worth paying for. RIP Mr Bourdain
