There is course in TU Kaiserslautern : Advanced Quantum physics. Make a video and it might be useful

Is GRE general or GRE physics required?

I studied maths and quantum mechanics, and got a Ph.D. in applied maths. I'm 60 yr old. Do I have a chance of being admitted?

@@physicsandtechnology8794 The course is very cool. Covers many very interesting research directions. About the placement opportunities I don't know. Currently it's the first semester of the first batch. But about 2 billion € of funding are planned of the German state for Quantum Tech. At least a PhD should work out

Sir what if we don't have a major in quantum mechanics as I am an engineering student, and also I have enrolled in various online QC courses Sir will get accepted?

I am going to graduate with a masters degree in physics in the upcoming year. Are students holding masters degree eligible for this program? If you know any info on this please let me know and I highly appreciate it.

@@vv6533 it depends on what subjects you have chosen in bachelors and masters they have given a certain number of subjects if you have qualified their criteria then well and good

@@physicsandtechnology8794 I looked into their website and I found that they're only asking bachelor's degree credentials and coursework information. Masters degree is not mentioned there. My bachelor's degree only covered fundamental quantum mechanics and is not equivalent to the topics covered in German bachelor's degree. In India the bachelor degree in pure science usually spans for 3 years and they don't cover much topics.

@@vv6533 I think you should try for phd that will be the one of the best option you can have now
@vv6533

@@physicsandtechnology8794 but the problem is that I am not familiar enough with this field to start doing research. I think a masters would help me a great deal by giving a good introduction to both the theoretical and experimental aspects of quantum computing. Then the transition to PhD will be smooth. If you come across any other programs that may be accepting masters student then fee free to comment here.
