Sure, you build a relationship with the other person over the 100 days, but as Lud correctly put it “you wouldnt really talk afterwards, but maybe wish happy birthday” For that sort of relationship and not getting YT commentd hate, you would rob your future child of a home? Or do you want to pay off your parents mortagage, or give the money to a stranger? Its a no-brainer for me, no matter what I am pressing steal there. For me that's is so used to sleeping with lights on I would personally say yes, but I don't really know what type of lights that was used in the room.

Declining the initial chef severely distraught them, you can't underestimate the mental tax of one more month of being at wit's end when you probably can't go without a phone for 7. Accepting the chef's offer would force every following offer to be better, and give a severe boost to dealing w/ every day... Just enjoying a good meal would make it so much more palpable.

It’s not about good food and bad food. I can survive on whatever is provided so it’s just bad value. I lived on food with same ingredients, just different variant of dish for multiple years.

I believe that if you take this chef that provides you great food every day it would satisfy all your primary needs and not tempt you to take any other offers. Looking forward to tommorow's meal is a completely different story to dreading another day. Of course there's some hindsight to the other offers, they wouldn't get the 10k coffee machine and wouldn't rebuy it at the end 100k. I still believe it would be valid to choose that, if you could tough it out then more power to you.
