I don’t know it is still well known, but in the Latin American world-or at least Mexico-this song was the popularly known as the opening theme song for Chavo del Ocho.

I used to listen to this piece all of the time but was still a beginner and couldnt really play it. I really wanted to play it for my nana because she like this mexican show called El Chavo, which has this as its theme song. I played the beginners version for her and she liked it but I told her that I wish I could have played the harder version for her. And she said just keep practicing and I would be able to. A few months later (almost a year) I was able to play the harder version and I am proud. So you should keep trying!
