i flight with lufthansa in a A340-600 from Munich to Mexiko-City and it was so great the crew was very friendly the foot was nice and all in all the best flight ever
Ahhhh. I also spent 7 hours between flights at MUN 2 years ago waiting to go to Vancouver. I had no idea there was an observation deck (though there are lots of big windows and quiet areas with no departures to sit and watch planes landing and taking off). They have beds!!!!!! I wish I had known that one as we had a 6 am a departure from Ankara and a sleep would have been well worth it. I will be going through FRA this year and will now look for enhancements they might have for a 5-hour layover. Thanks for the video.
Good luck with FRA, that's not my favourite airport. ;) But, MUN is. I also liked the big windows a lot and the quiet area where I sat down for a couple of hours to work. :) Thanks for your nice comment!
well I flew that flight to in July last year in business class and it was amazing. And I know that you cannot compare the economy to the business class but for me everything was fine and workt perfectly. By the way I really liked urethras video!
Hi! I actually flew D-AIXI a few days later!! It’s funny that you flew just a few days before when it was so young. The flight data information still did not work for me also, which was disappointing. Loved this video!
I'm having my first trip on an a350 returning to the US from Europe. Funny enough my flight to Europe was a 767-400. This was the first time I flew on a 767. Talk about a mix of old and new. Delta airlines BTW.
Very nice trip report, you have a great thumbnail :) I like the walk through the airport a lot. I was in Munich in July and August but did not have enough time to go around the airport. I am working on my reports :) Subscribed and waiting for more reports.
I try to show the airport as well as the trip it self. Well, keep on working! I'll check your reports! Thanks for your subscription and kind comment! :)
Daniel, as a retired Purser I follow a few vloggers and you do a very nice job indeed. May I suggest that you not stack your dishes on your meal tray. The cabin crew will have to dismantle it so it fits into the cart as everything is height proportioned. Your second meal might have tasted better if the crew hadn't burned the poo out of it!
Some American airports are starting to as well. Phoenix recently installed a ramada at my favorite spotting location on the south side of the airport. I wish more American airports were like the EU airports in that respect.
i did the exact same flight before, Munich to Vancouver, and the food tasted really good. I dont know if its just me or not, lufthansa can be a hit or miss.....
on SAS you only have platic well so called cutlery. Plus in eco you do not get an additional alcoholic beverage free of charge. This LH product is sooooo much better. SAS is a shadow of its once glory. Remember the FIRST CLASS product on the DC-10 I will not fly LH`s A-350 due to the lack of FIRST CLASS
I agree on the SAS-product when it comes to their economy class. I don't know why the have those things, is money the simple answer? But yes, platic cutlery is kind of... sad. Interesting thought, I can understand that you avoid the A350 if you fly first class in that case. :)
