With the worst possible DI, Luigi upthrow KOs Marth at 261% on FD. With good DI, not until 305%

Actually if you're standing on the edge of FD, "good" DI will get Marth killed at only 267%, but off the side blast zone

@@notsocrazy2426 hmm interesting, that’s pretty high. Now I’m wondering if Marth up throw kills a lot sooner than other up throws and that factors in to why we all know his percents more than other characters 🤔

@@Frank7489 Directly comparing characters throwing Luigi, if you DI such that upthrow sends straight up as much as possible, Marth KOs at 186, Luigi at 223, Fox at 304, and Peach at 337%. Even Puff doesn't KO until 250. Luigi in particular requires bad DI for this, with the best DI, Luigi upthrow doesn't KO until 261. Marth is the only character who KOs in a relatively reasonable % range with upthrow. Yoshi can't KO Luigi with upthrow until 530% ffs.

Actually to clarify my earlier comment, I mean among relatively relevant characters. Roy upthrow is even stronger, but playing Roy in the first place is pretty rare.
