All of Professor E. Gadd's voice clips from the original Luigi's Mansion, provided by Kazumi Totaka and reused in Superstar Saga, Mario Party 6, Partners in Time, Dark Moon, Luigi's Mansion Arcade, Bowser's Minions, Luigi's Mansion 3DS, and Luigi's Mansion 3. As this game was E. Gadd's first appearance overall, it is therefore the first game where Totaka voiced him, and he sounds very different from his other roles as Yoshi and Birdo, giving the eccentric professor plenty of personality to boot. Interestingly, one of E. Gadd's exclamations is "Ooyama", a reference to his Japanese name that is kept in all versions of the game regardless of region.

0:49 to 1:03 It surprises that they never reused those voice clips there. Those could’ve been used for the cutscenes in both LM2 and LM3 whenever E-Gadd panics, like in the Dark Moon opening cutscene where E Gadd sees his ghost friends have gone hostile, and in the cutscene directly before the King Boo battle where only the Pixelator brought the last final Dark Moon piece, but not Luigi as well since King Boo kidnapped Luigi through the Pixelization, etc. Also to note, there’s some additional unused Luigi voice clips from LM1 that are only exclusive in the Japanese version’s sound files.

It is very weird that those particular voice lines were never reused in later games. Then again, the fact that E. Gadd rarely appears outside of the Luigi's Mansion series (with the exceptions of those games I mentioned in the description) probably has something to do with it. In fact, E. Gadd was completely absent from the franchise between Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 in 2007 and Dark Moon in 2013, a span of 6 years. Let that sink in. Yes, I'm aware of that. I saw them on The Cutting Room Floor's page for this game, and I may go back and update my Luigi Voice Clips video to add them as well as his cutscene voice clips, which for some reason I forgot in the original video.
