This is the original song. Justin was just in the re-mix. The neighborhood in this video is La Perla in San Juan Puerto Rico. Its completely destroy now by hurricane Maria

This is the original version. Justine Bieber asked to be in a re-mix of the song. Everyone in the video is Puerto rican and the video was shot in Puerto Rico.

the bieber version is only a remix (it says that on the title), this original version without him is the most popular one worldwide, hence why it now became the most viewed video of all time and the first one to reach 3 billions. the remix is mostly popular on english countries only, but everywhere else the original is bigger. justin approached fonsi to do a remix after he saw how popular the original song was being worldwide :) nice video!

New information the people who made the music video are elastic people and they need to show puerto Ricos beauty and a beautiful woman and zuleyka Rivera Mendoza was there answer and the dress zuleyka Rivera Mendoza is wearing is the dress when she was miss universe 2006 and it took one day to edit the video and shoot it too. in a small studio in Mami Florida.
