As the lightsaber I wanted to purchase for my Luke Skywalker cosplay didn’t work out like I had hoped, I decided to make a simple DIY version of the saber that I can hang on my belt for the time being.

Parts List:
3/4 inch Wooden Dowel - 1
3/4 inner diameter PVC pipe - 1
1-1/4 inch aluminum tubing - 1
1-1/8 inch OD x 5/8 inch ID Rubber Grommets - 10
1/2 inch x 2 inch Thick Fender Washer - 1
1/4 inch x 1-1/2 inch Thick Fender Washer - 3
Slightly smaller washer than the one above - I used 6
3/4 inch x 1-1/4 inch x 14ga Machine Bushing - 9
Rubber O Rings (to fit over wooden dowel) - 2
D-Ring - 1
D-Ring Bracket - 1
Screw or Bolt that fits through washer holes (to connect the emitter to the saber) - 1
Electrical Tape
Super Glue
JB Weld
Black Spray Paint
Metalic Bronze Spray Paint
Metallic Silver Spray Paint
