Verrückt is a pretty underrated map. I think it nails pretty much everything it tries to do. It has crazy atmosphere and aesthetic. The gameplay is very challenging and the fast zombies can be stressful to deal with. The easter egg song is great, and the innovations in Verrückt were what shaped the zombies gamemode into what it is today. Verrückt is the reason why we have the zombies mode we know and love today.
I can't agree more! In verrückt, their was a new style of gameplay and different spots to chose from, different perks, small things here and there to make it actually feel like what it is, an insane asylum! It just brings back so many memories!
Exactly. I set a few of my vehicles to the Black Ops tracks and at least once a run, my friends and I will share a story of old zombies maps as we drive to secondary objectives.
This song, and pretty much anything WaW always brings me back to my Dad’s old apartment, eating pringles and playing Nacht over and over and over… then going to Mw2 multiplayer when i got bored… ahhh the good days, they live on in my memories but ill always wish i could experience that again
Remaining instrumentals: Beauty of Annihilation (The Giant remix) Where Are We Going (2018/BotD version) So close now... Personally can't wait for that one at the bottom. :D
This is great,, I’ve been waiting literally years to hear an instrumental of this song. Because the game over version on this song is literally my entire childhood.
Life is still spinning Your end my beginning and everything I've hoped for has been strangely set aside Reason for living My mind is forgiving and destiny is proving to be absent from my life I know it I feel it I know when your sleeping I know the things you're dreaming And I know you will never give up and die Concious fulfilling, the darkness revealing all Thoughts and insecurities are shinning like the sun Eyes are deceiving Your mind will stop breathing and All that you are made of will now rightly become mine You know it You feel it I know when you're sleeping I know the things you're dreaming I love it when you're weeping Even death can't stop this feeling And I know you wont give up and die Father, why have you forsaken me? My life is gone Father, you know how long it's taken me I live again!! I know when you're sleeping I know the things you're dreaming I know when you're sleeping I know the things you're dreaming I love when you're weeping Even death can't stop this feeling I know when you're sleeping I know the things you're dreaming I love when you're weeping Even death can't stop this feeling And I know You will never give up No, you will never give up You will never give up And die
Thank you for your generosity and putting your music out there for us to listen to. As a young musician in my teenage years, you introduced me to 8 string. Greatly opened my mind, ears and creativity when I write music now.
@@bjp4869 10 years 12 years ago call duty world at war came out and the down song for nacht what is lullaby for a dead man except with the laughs and this person release lullaby of a deadman with the lyrics by Elena 10 years ago and since then we’ve been waiting 10 years for him to make lullaby of a deadman as an instrumental
Verruckt to me, is the scariest map out of them all. The insane asylum atmosphere, the dark orange glow of the sun setting, the screams of the zombies, how fast and aggressive the zombies were compared to Natch Der Untoten, tight corridors etc. The remaster aesthetically was really good but it just didn't fully have that same feeling because the zombies weren't as aggressive as the original, and they brightened it up I think a little too much. I was legit terrified when my friends and I first played Verruckt on WAW when it released. While I enjoy the new maps and stories, I feel like the fear factor really isn't as prominent anymore. Dead of the night brought that feeling back somewhat with the Werewolves, but other than that, Verruckt to me is still the scariest.
