I used Nattokianse and VIT D3 K2 with my magnesium supplements over one year and my carotid arteries went from 68% blockage to under 40%!!! I'm only 45 years old so I'm very happy I found something to help me. Too young to have carotid artery disease.
It looks like you took a low dosage of natto, studies indicated at least 10800 units, I am giving my mother 6000, and it's only been a month....I will update In due course
My wife and I have been using 120,000 units of Serrapeptase for the past five years, at least. The major benefit has been absolutely no sinus infections for the past five years for me. My wife may have had one in that time. My wife points out that her scars from surgery have been disappearing.
I’ve been taking the Lumbrokinase since late December 2023. The suggested dose was 300k LKU. I used the company the study got theirs from, Canada RNA. In the study it was suggested 1year of use and that dose. I’ll update when I hit my 1 year mark.

I have been taking Serrapeptase off and on for 5 years. After removal of a silicone breast implant that had ruptured, remaining silicone in the upper chest area, developed a hard calcified shell. Taking Serrapeptase reduced the casing until I could barely feel it after a couple weeks. When I don’t take the Serrapeptase for a few months, the calcified material returns. After years now, the lump is lessened, even when I don’t take the enzyme for extended periods. 120,000 to 250,000 SPU.

Hi, caught the virus in 2020 and as a result got blood clots in my lungs. now I’m not generally subject to that sort of thing but because of the virus I did get them and it was suggested that I use certain medication‘s in order to treat these clots I opted not to use the medication’s and I stuck with my serrapeptase and I gotta tell you that I got very good results, got rid of the clots,And can happily say that I am on the mend, I also use nattokinase And serrapeptase
I've been taking 16k FU's(dosage 2 X 8000 FU) of NattoK twice daily on empty stomach since Jan 19th, 2024. It has significantly lowered my blood pressure. My average BP (at age 73) is now 105/60 whereby it was (with the BP medication Losartan 100-25 alone) at or near average of 135/85.
I had to get off losartan cause it caused pancreatitis as per my gastroenterologist. Look it up as all blood pressure meds can cause pancreatitis as per google look up on the blood pressure meds
Moved to Japan 7 years ago and eat it for breakfast every day, as do so many Japanese. I also take it in supplement form. Before beginning natto, my calcium score was 23.2 in my LAD. Now, its zero, even though my LDL is elevated! My Japanese doctor said, if he was deserted on an island, the most important thing he would want is his natto - it's that critical to your health! That's enough proof for me. I no longer listen to Western doctors who contradict the use of natto.
Same here I am hypertensive 37y.o male currently living here in Germany. I noticed that the doctors here are boring and very traditional most of them are not even Germans so the sympathy and dedication to work is very much less. This is why if I mention about this they will say no or ignore my concern regardless. May I know what brand and dose of Natto are you taking right now? My father died from CVA and my step father is from brain aneurysm I am trying to do my best to prevent that same path.

I kicked the daily 81mg aspirin to the curb a couple of years and inserted both NattoK and LumbroK, along with the 70 others I take each day . i've been taking 12,000 fu's of nattokinase and 120,000 units of serrapeptase for 7 months. arthritic spinal and shoulder pain gone 95% of the time. seems to work much better than turmeric. i still feel popping and crunching in my shoulders but there is no pain. can't say i know whats helping but does correlate with taking the proteolytics.
Try taking 10mg of manganese for your joints. See if the popping and crunching goes away. Also, make sure you're taking a good multivitamin like Thorne Two a day. Also, I'd take separate fat soluble vitamins A, D3, K2, and E.
Serrapeptase has done so much for me ….all my precancerous polyps after 2 colonoscopies ….gone on the third colonoscopy 3 years later it also cleaned up my arterial plaque but doesn’t stop the calcium score from increasing it went fro 1100 to 1800 but a stent that was scheduled was ruled out so it definitely has arterial impact however I’m n Eloquis for a fib so I’m careful to reduce that dose to 1 a day it’s supposed to be 2 but I also take 240,000 units of Serra ….my cardiologist knows nothing about Serrapeptase but was surprised when the stent wasn’t necessary just to prove it was the Serra I reduced it to a maintenance dose of 60 k units and my coronary artery became 70% blocked requiring a catheterisation ….I rapidly increased the dose back up to 240k units and within a week once again the stent wasn’t required…it is prolonging my life at 72 but it’s experimental due to lack of studies….I consider it a miracle as together with the diagnostic testing I’m keeping myself alive

I have been taking serrapeptase 120000 iu a day for 5 months. I took one month off to assess the effect. I found my severe arthistis was improved while taking this and assume I must take it daily (at bedtime on an empty stomach) to keep the pain level down from my severe arthistis. I am a 72 yr old male with a long history of pain management issues and now have reduced to use other meds for pain a great deal.
I just got a low dose RX for neurontin from a back surgeon. My muscular pain vanished. I still had my low lumbar pain but no muscular pain unless overdoing work or exercise. I am very grateful for that RX. I do have minor arthritis and take acetaminophen also, as needed. I am 79.
Serrapeptase solved my intense back pain!!! Herniated disks! It works!!! I take Serrapeptase in the morning and Nattokinase at bedtime 😊 Thank you dear doctor for such wonderful videos! ❤
FYI currently there has been a flurry of autopsies reports of a white string appearing in bodies of young males who had 3 or more injections. This string is joining clots of many inches long. serrapeptase is of particular intrest here as the silkworm it thought to develop this enzyme for its own use in getting out of its cocoon by dissolving it, and this is especially good as a blood thinners and breaking up clots, a note of caution it MUST be taken on an empty stomach this is a very powerful enzyme and can empty the stomach very quickly, so gently, dos it, but, with this alarming "string" currently reported to be found in 30% of cases in young males, and if you have had 3 or more jabs easy up on you fitness,
I'll bet you a hundred bucks that you cannot provide me with a list of those autopsy reports from actual Doctors. You are just another trumper spreading lies you came across on social media.

Can you look into these for the reduction of inflammation and scar tissues surrounding spinal cord injuries? Granted it attacks inflammation and fibrin deposits, I think there is some promise there as that is the main reason for the chronic cases
We take nattokinase , one every night to prevent stroke. Since most of my family died of annurism during the night. Then occasionally, as feeling sinus stuffed and headaches, we take serraptase in morning on empty stomach and notice it seems to relive pressure. Was advised on these at least 8 years ago. Never heard of lumbrokinase. Thank you.
I was having alarming chest pain daily. Since starting Nattokinase 4,000FU, the pain has stopped. If i miss a dose, the pain returns. I take it on an empty stomach.
Serrapeptase actually the best for biofilms and dental infections… cysts and polyps that resist antibiotics will respond to serrapeptase… furthermore .. scar tissue from old injuries will respond to any proteolytic enzymes but always use before food or they end up being used to digest proteins in the digestion.
Can it help reduce a fibroid? After all, fibroid is made up of fibrin, cholesterol and uterine muscle. I have access to only nattokinase. Will nattokinase help shrink or dissolve a fibroid ? Any probabilities? Really want to know
I think serra helped an old injury in my foot. It got so bad I could barely walk any more. This went on for about 5 years or more. After two bottles of serra, my foot is completely pain free and I actually went for a 1/4 mile run with no pain for the first time about a week ago, which is amazing for me. It's an answer to prayer. I can't say for sure it was the serra, I also improved my electrolytes magnesium and potassium, vitamin D3, and might have had uric acid buildup, but it did seem to be a contributing factor.

Dr. Mercola said its a good idea to switch between serrapeptase and lunbrokinase every day. I dont do that. I just use one bottle or two if one type then switch.

Thanks Dr Tom! you keep it real and stick to the facts. Dr Peter McCullough has a lot of good stuff on these as well. as we know most trials are not done because big money has no incentive to do the trials. it's a grassroots campaign of common people collectively proving N-1 results.
Thank you for the great information. Do you think that any of these 3 supplements, or alternating the use of these 3 supplements together (using 1 every week), might help with Peronise Disease? It makes sense by the way they work to dissolve clots and dead proteins.
Biofilms (trapped bacteria or viruses within the film) may line the bladder, ureters and kidneys causing repeated urinary/kidney infection which often lead to sepsis. Lumbrokinase is said to release these antibiotic resistant pathogens. My question is how to deal with pathogens once released? Are there methods to detect which pathogens remain after doing so?
Bladder biofilm respond to cranberry extract… biofilm in the gut it’s pomegranate.. this extract will tighten loose junctions…biofilm in dental or surgical respond best with serraptase in fact fibrin tests show serrapeptase 120,000 spu will start dissolving clots within 48 hours whereas nattokinase it’s 72 hours.. just as a yardstick eliquis can take months to achieve the same results.Serrapeptase is used by silkworms to dissolve the silk cocoons.. and is thought to work the same way on spider silk which seems to be a gene included in these latest shots.
I was taking serra for arthritis. Can't say it helped as much as cutting carbs. Developed chest pain and breathing difficulties from long covid, and started lumbrokinase. I'm breathing better and pain is better. Also taking bromelain and quercetin and turmeric.
Can you take Nattokinase, serrapeptas, and other vitamins as daily vitamins? Like B vitamins with ala combination, vitamin D, and magnesium , can you take these vitamins as your daily vitamins?
Yes, you should take all the vitamins and supplements daily each within the recommended daily dose. Some people take all vitamins at once, while others prefer to take them in a few doses separated by a couple of hours. I came across lumbro for biofilm reduction in treating lymes disease. I am about to start it. Has anyone reading this used it for that purpose??? If so how did it treat you??
In Summary Serrapeptase- anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic, analgesic, anti-biofilm, fibrinolytic Nattokinase- thins blood, good for atherosclerosis (add magnesium), vascular health, stroke prevention, contains k2. Lumberkinase- angina, diabetes, heart disease, lyme disease, stroke prevention, DVT prevention -300 times more powerful than serrapeptase -30 times more powerful than nattokinase

Update....I just came across a video from a Dr reviewing all 3. Apparently Serra and Natto are OK to take together, but Lumbro should not be taken with either of those. Apparently one would likely compromise or deactivated the other. This recommendation comes from a major producer of Lumbro. So I am very curious what the producers of the numerous triple-combo supplements would say about this.
@@georgekolton9059What video is that because I take 10,000 nattokinase and 1 capsule of Lumbrokinase once a day on an empty stomach two hours before I eat.
@@georgekolton9059I seen a couple supplements with lumbro and nk together. I took one for a couple weeks. I also had a blood clot in my leg around the time I started taking it and it didn’t help so maybe they cancel each other out. Some of these are getting brought up in comment sections of articles talking about nano particles unmasking diseased cells so body's natural autophagy functions can work vs cancer and heart disease. Nano particle article didnt really get into mechanism how it unmasks disease to body so far on main page, whether it's just reducing inflammation or more.
The comment that nattokinase dissolves blood clots is confusing to me because I was recently put on warfarin and they told me to stop the nattokinase because it would interfere with the warfarin. I argued that i shouldn't need warfarin but was dismissed. Doctor's don't know.
How safe is to take this supplement for blood clots? Is there any chance of blood clots getting displaced to other body compartments due to nattokinase consumption?
I think so. I took about 6 times the recommended dose at one period. I'm pretty sure I ended up with a blood clot in my leg. I didn't go to the doctor, it just went away on its own, with rest. Next time, I will just take the recommended dose.
@@AA-mk4pu Yes but serrapeptase is an enzyme that dissolves dead tissue, including blood clots. So, if you have some gunk buildup in your circulatory system, it could in theory, eat away at a build up at some point and break a chunk off and get caught up in a smaller pathway. I was warned and didn't listen.
Serrapeptase is cultured, not harvested from silkworms. Like Yogurt, they had to get the culture from somewhere, yes.. Then, it is grown without them.😊
