Serrapeptase is not produced by silkworms. It's produced by bacteria living in the stomachs of the silkworms thus the serrapeptase is in the saliva of the silkworm allowing it to eat through the silk cocoon. The bacteria producing the serrapeptase are grown separately.
I've been hirt for 30+ years and tried toooo many pain meds, Serrapeptase has done more in 1 week to improve my health than 30+ years of meds. Nothing miss but a try, I thank God for it🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Have been taking Serra for 20 years at 250,000 units a day and it is extremely rare for me to get sick. My CRP is between 0.4-0.8. Age 74 take no meds.
I have two herniated disks, 2 and 3, and have had daily pain for twelve years. After two days of taking Serrapeptase at 20,000 SU, I have had no pain for the last eight months. I have had chest congestion since having double pneumonia at 15. It is now gone. Serrapeptase has changed my life. I am now 75 with a minor heart issue. I have added Nattokinase two months ago. I feel better. I will continue for the rest of my life with both. I am confident that I will live much longer! Both I take are made in Canada by Naka Platinum available on Amazon. I have had no side effects with either but I do not take regular blood thinners.
Remember nato can thin blood as well as blood thinners. I treat people with medical leaches in hospital to help circulation after re attaching body parts like ears, fingers and toes severed in accidents.we have to get folks off blood thinner before using leaches
I should add that I increase the Serrapeptase to 40,000 the odd day I do too much yard work and add too much strain to my back. I also exercise 5 to 6 days a week on a reverse machine, stretch ropes, a weight machine and a modern exercise bike for 30 minutes each day. Super important when in your seventies. 76 yesterday and in great shape. Now have taken Serrapeptase for ten months and Nattokinase (0nly recommended dosage since I take both and both thin the blood) for four months. You could not pay me to not continue to take daily. My wife refers to them as my “miracle pills”. Unfortunately she is on blood thinners due to a heart condition (now has a dual pacemaker) and cannot take these.
I started taking serrapeptase and nattokinase at the low recommended doses, they really didn't help with inflamation that I could tell. Then, I watched a video made by an older man, who took intermittent doses of serrapeptase which seemed at the time to be astronomical. Shortly after this, I hurt my back, could not do much of anything without some degree of pain. I sent for new, more potent time release capsules and took 4 of them before I went to bed. BTW, I'm 75 now and this was about 5 years ago. Anyway, the next morning I jumped out of bed, no aches, no pains of any sort. I use them when I have a problem I don't take them everyday with my supplement stack, but I hate to run out of them in case I need them.
When I attended school, many years ago, the subject was health science. I then learned about certain enzymes: among them were Pepsin and rennin, peptase nattokinase, amylase. A couple of others come to mind but they are mixed with blood sugars- lactose and lactase. No wonder they don't teach these things in school anymore. Thank you for your video. Keep up the good work.
OK Real World Experience I started taking Natto and Serrapeptase 3 months ago. I tend to overdo most things and take 28,000 FU of Natto and 200,000 SPU's of Serrapeptase in delayed form daily along with 500Mcg of K2 MK7. I also take a lot of Vit C all day long. My results. After 3 months my blood flow has increased a lot. This is the first time in years I do not get cold feet and hands at night. I've had ED for many years and now I have much more blood flow in that area as well. I have had two heart attacks (Quad By Pass - Several stents) and my last check up showed my Ejection Fraction has gone from 35% to 45%. I think Big Pharma is putting out a lot of these so called reports showing no changes while coming up with new drugs that they say will make you better. My Cholestrol has dropped into the safe zone and I can walk for 5 miles at a very, very fast pace which I have not been able to do in years. Take these youtube videos with a grain of salt.
Keep in mind Serrapeptase is also biofilm disrupter. So when one starts taking Serrapeptase, it can seem to cause odd reactions as biofilms harbour parasites & other stealth infection. But all you have to do is persist and they usually get resolved.
I've been using serrapeptase for years and found it amazing, Im 75 years old and don't have any sign of Arthritis. It keeps my joints very supple. It helps with many issues, too many to go through here. I'm an alternative health practitioner and used serrapeptase for many years with no side effects
Could I ask also what brand of Serrapeptase you use? I’ve tried Biomed which is enteric coated but it bothers my stomach for some reason, I’m pretty healthy, only tend towards ligament & tendon issues.
I started Serrapeptase about a year and a half ago, I take 20,000 units daily. I had high blood pressure when I started. In a matter of weeks my blood pressure dropped to normal. I expect this is because of the blood thinning effects of breaking down fibrin in the blood, the reason I started taking it was to help break down proteins because we lose some of our ability to break down proteins as we age. I started taking the Serrapeptase to help maintain muscle mass as I age when I went on a high protein keto diet. I was so pleased with the benefits of Serrapeptase that I started also taking Nattokinase about 2 months ago 10,800 units. My circulation has improved to my feet where I was seeing some swelling and redness of the toes and now I am not. The potential for clearing plaques and deposits in the arteries as indicated in studies seems realistic to me. Even if it did not clean out deposits, the other benefits make taking these worth while. Blood thickens from the Fibrin as we age and we lose muscle mass, these are high value quality of life and longevity issues. These dietary enzymes which help break down protein for rebuilding the body are seriously real and underrated. Arterial inflammation is caused by damaged cholesterol protein shells which become small and dense and cannot be efficiently processed out of the body. The body tags undesirable proteins for breakdown and the enzymes facilitate the breakdown of only the tagged proteins. Clearly the gross overgeneralization of GOOD an BAD cholesterol is a gross ignorance. The only bad cholesterol is the small hard damaged cholesterol which is caused by oxidation, which is from sugars and carbs. You can facilitate this truly bad cholesterol's breakdown, along with all the other unwanted proteins in your bloodstream; with the enzymes. The combination of Keto and the enzymes has given me truly miraculous benefits. Weight loss, circulation, muscle increase, blood pressure improvement and I have stopped taking statins because the science is in, statins cause muscle loss and do not significantly increase longevity, they only change the cause of death (atrophy of the heart muscle). I am getting all of these benefits at the age of 65 simply by cutting out sugars, carbs and taking some enzymes to aid digestion.
About 2 months after my Covid experience, I developed Brain fog, dizziness and memory issues. I was going downhill and started Natto and flax, both blood thinners. It helped immensely and I am still taking it now 6 months later, without ever having a Brain fog episode.
I have been taking serrapeptase daily since 2016, 240K SPU in the morning on an empty stomach. I started taking it because of keloids due to juvenile chicken pox. The Japanese scientists first discovered this enzyme and did studies on its efficacies on keloids. Serrapeptase is a popular supplement in Europe. My keloids have reduced in size since taking it though the itch and pain relief are slow. However, what I have noticed is that it really helps me fight off colds and sinus infections big time. Plus serapeptase helps break down unused proteins in my body and flushes it out. These are a few benefits I have experienced since taking it. I continue to take it daily.
FYI…. Have taken steroid nasal spray for months for post nasal drip( sounds ridiculous I know) health food store lady recommended Serropeptasse. . steroid nasal spray worked for a few months and I was looking for relief. She recommended Serropeptase and I’ve never looked back. 100% cured, take one a day and I get sleep. Post nasal drip not an issue. Life is good!

I was in an auto accident 9/22. I tried Serrapeptase and it helped noticeably with inflammation. More so than tumeric at the time. PainPower works for me also. I buy it from a Health food store on Maui. Nattokinase helps with my lungs along with NAC. During my auto recovery I was really sick with CovidSars2 for 7 weeks. Refused to go to the hospital. My vibration platform saved me. I made myself move around and sitting on that really helped. I literally lost my muscular ability to move around during that illness. Still have a slight cough after almost a year. Still taking NAC, Black Seed Cumin oil, CoQ10, Rosavin. I’m going to order more Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. I’m 70
A long history of bronchitis and pneumonia. I feel the enzymes have really helped my capacity to breathe. I was so surprised. Also taking about 5,000 vi D daily for the last many years and have had no bronchitis nor pneumonia.
I have a noticable difference in the appearance of some scars I have from taking Serrapeptase. So if it can eat away scar tissue externally then internally it could do the same. Internal scarring can cause pain for many due ro injuries or surgery. This is fascinating stuff. Thanks for sharing this video.
I take it in the form of a capsule. Sorry for not clarifying. It was an unintended benefit to taking it. But if it can work by reducing scars externally, internally has to be similar?
@@sarahjosing4978 im amazed by your response too!!! Would you please share the dose you’re taking? There’s a lot of supplements brands and dosages as well. Also what brand are you using? Because it’s well known some of this supplements companies are not regulated or standardized and there’s no way to know if their supplements are effective 100%!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience!! :-)
I can say the same. I have major scars from a couple of surgeries. Some of the scars are over 20 years old and some more recent. I’ve been taking serrapeptase on and off for a year and my scars have reduced by over 50%.
Miracles from taking Natto ,blood pressure down ,prostate issues gone ,sleep like a baby now ,energy ,vitality and sex has improved .Feel like a new young man again.
I tried serrapeptase for two months. The carpal tunnel pain in my mouse arm is gone. My fibromyalgia has not recurred. I once read a book that said enzymes are the building blocks of life. I have to believe that as you age and your pancrease gets tired and depleted there is a place in our diet for serrapeptase, nattokinase and lumbrokinase.
Interesting! Thanks for this fascinating video! I hope there are more to follow on these new studies. I understood K2(as MK7) did nothing for existing clotting, but just helped prevent future issues? Your videos are very realistic and helpful. Another video should be how to choose supplements. It’s the Wild West out there! The reports of so many having little to none of the ingredients listed and/or even dangerous fillers. It took me a long time to find reliable manufacturers…I don’t think it is stressed enough. Thanks again, Tom! Love your channel and congratulations on baby to come!🩷
Wow thank you so so much very appreciated. I've actually had a few companies reach out to me to start my own vitamin line, most large companies get their supplements from the same sources 😊
Consumer Lab tests supplements. They test for the amount of active ingredient as well as give prices and “Best Buy”. They have some free reports but it is a subscription service because they are not funded by the supplement manufacturers.
I used "serra" in high dosages (250k )after suffering 3 breaks close to my spinal column due to an accident. I was immobile and had to wear a crotch to neck brace 24hrs for 6 months. Due to the pain, the meds were causing dependency issues so l was willing to try anything in preference to the pain killers. Within 3/4 weeks of using serra, my pain levels had decreased and movement improved to allow to walk with significantly less pain. After 6 months on serra, little or rno pain and no scar tissue around the breaks. It worked for me, despite medical opinion that walking would be difficult. Age 54 then, now 67 and zero back issues.

I am 53 years old and have suffered with severe rhinitis symptoms and eczema for most of my adult life. The rhinitis caused me to have a chronic runny nose all day long, all the time. The routine eczema breakouts were on my face (super sucky) and nothing (other than time) helped reduce them. Serrapeptase has been phenomenal! I want to let other eczema sufferers out there know that (at least for me) it has helped significantly. AND, no more runny nose! This may not seem like a big deal, but for me the Serrapeptase delivered a couple small miracles. [Be sure to pay attention to the two potential major negative side effects--1. potential severe allergic reaction; and 2. It can cause Steven-Johnson syndrome when discontinuing it].
Hi There, are you able to point me to where you found the information on Serrapeptase possibly causing Steven-Johnson Syndrome once you stop it? I only becaues I've been taking it for years to control my Crohn's inflammation but recently stopped to give myself a break about 6 months ago and I've been having terrible flares with bleeding and deep ulcerations ever since however when I was taking it I seemed to be doing very well at managing the illness (along with other natural modalities) with absolutely no medication whatsoever. I just looked it up and SJS can also present itself intestinally and I'm just wondering if this might have something to do with it? However, when I stopped Serrapeptase my inflammation also went back up to dangerous levels, and much of the back, neck and hip pain I used to experience due to my herniations and disc issues also returned which is why I just started my Serrapeptase back up again because I recently had to take Prednisone because of how bad things got. I would really appreciate that information if you can find it, please, and thank you! All the best!
@@TheHealingHandsDuo Ive heard that a more meat based diet heals Crohns. Look up Dr Ken Berry on RU-vid. Thousands of amazing testimonials for all digestive problems.
I'm taking it and green tea extract for a couple of years for amyloidosis. I don't have insurance for chemotherapy. I'd been doing fairly well. A few months ago I started natto- kinase. I haven't felt so good for a long time
My ankles were balloons and I had a mini stroke sure i was going to die soon obsessive research led me to this and i am positive it saved my life, (serapeptase) burdock root also helped rid swelling permanently. I also healed miserable carpal tunnel accidentally by using turmeric to kill pain all day until it was 100% gone one day after doctors said that surgery was only way and even then a 50% chance to FAIL! The other ones that made me feel really great were chelated copper and NAD+ , just felt amazing almost instantly when taking. Thanks for your research very well done! You absolutely nailed this with all the best ones!
Serrapeptase is now produced from a fungus that has an identical chemical makeup. Works great. I started at 8 per day(140,000spu) Scale back to 4 after 3 months. 71 years old with a back 40 years older than my age according to my Doctor.after 6 months felt fine so I stopped using it. When the pain came back. I started back up and 48 hours later. Pain gone again. Thins out your blood too. Gives some protection from heartache or stroke. Great stuff.
Ten years ago I found it very difficult to walk and the doctor told me I had narrowing of the arteries I did some home work and found natto started taking it within 3 weeks all my pain and symptoms had disappeared I still take it to this day and walk the dog 5 miles every day also if you took the jib then you need to look into natto
@@DrTomBiernacki I am 66 and just to confirm the benefits of natto if I stop taking it all my symptoms come back in about a month they disappear once I get back on it so can’t stress enough how good and safe it is
I use serrapeptase topically on my tooth and gums whenever i have pain. I put serrapeptase powder on my toothbrush with toothpaste and the pain goes away instantly. I also use it on cold sores. Works terrific.
I'm hypermobile, courtesy of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My body responds to chronic subluxation by creating fibrotic tissue which then causes me a lot of pain. I've had a LOT of foot (and hand, etc) issues because of that. *Liquid* serrapeptase has been *very* helpful in getting these tissues to finally break up and dissolve. (Then I still have to address the subluxation, but that is another matter.) I've considered adding nattokinase and/or bromalaine. But I did NOT see any difference with the serrapeptase tablets, only the liquid, which is a little more expensive but worth it IMO. I take it first thing in the am on an empty stomach and hold it under my tongue for a while.
I was astonished that my chronic congestion cleared up after taking serrapeptase after about 4 days. I am taking one capsule, 40,000 SPUs a day. Brand is Best Naturals... I purchased it on Amazon. I read that you shouldn't take the serrapeptase if you are taking any kind of blood thinner. I temporarily stopped taking fish oil right now because fish oil is a blood thinner. The doctor in this video said that turmeric is also a blood thinner.

I took serrapeptase for a tooth abscess with complete pain and inflammation relief also for sinus infection in less than a week. After tooth extraction was cleared of pain quickly (I do not take any prescriptions) Now I take once a month for heart health. Also cleared my fibroids after a few months of taking one each morning. (120,000 IU enteric coated tablet) I am now convinced of their effectiveness in my life.
Thank you for this. I just recently stopped taking Eliquis (1 week ago) because it was causing me severe bleeding due to fibroids. My doctors will not listen to me and said I have to take it for the rest of my life due to a PE I had in 2020 (not covid). I decided to take matters into my own hands and stopped the Eliquis. Within days, the bleeding decreased and I no longer have to wear overnight pads and changing them at least 3 times daily (I am 65 and post menopausal). I am also taking 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper in a little homemade almond milk with blackstrap molasses. I will add serrapeptase every other day to this regimen. Hopefully, it will help to shrink my fibroids.
@DrTomBiemacki You can say whatever you want but after 5 days/serrpeptasse 120,000su I have had no pain from Sciatica that was so bad that I had to take morphine. I have had the Sciatica pain for 25 years and have been on just about every pain med you could think of. I haven't had even a twinge of pain since taking it, and I have 2 herniated discs.
@@DrTomBiernacki I use PubMed for a lot of information a good one just Google nattokinase and scroll down to PubMed it has everything on it. I haven't actually checked out Serrapeptase on PubMed yet.
I took it for several months and it helped. I discontinued because it’s not recommended to take it with any medications that thin blood and my doctor was recommending something that would thin my blood at the time. Anyway it absolutely helped with fibroids and arthritis pain.
Something I do not understand... I had a blood test, and Dr said I had high cholesterol. Knowing natto can clean arteries, can this high cholesterol be attributed to the natto removing buildup from the arterial walls? I read it can lower cholesterol, but not sure if that depends on if buildup is already removed. I am taking 8000fu a day and blood pressure was around 135/85, now runs around 118/79 average.
Remember second number is important value. Your doing great. As for cholesterol you need to as your doctor to do a special test measuring size of LDL and HDL molecule. Can't recall which is more dangerous Small molecule or big fuzzy cholesterol molecule.
I heard that serrapeptase can treat lung scarring. I don't know if there's any good studies on this aspect, but if there are I would be interested the effectiveness, contraindications, and dosage. This is of personal interest to me since I have lung scarring from a combination of lifelong asthma and bouts of bronchopneumonia and covid.
My dog was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and was given 3 months to live. I researched and found a serrapeptase and Natto supplement and he lived happy and healthy for 3 more years. The combinations helped break down the scaring and tissue in the lungs. I know that this is my dog but it was amazing!
It is when medical doctors don't work anymore. People start exploring options. I too have come to that point in my life of 79 years. After spending over $65,000 in one week in the hospital, I didn't have any clues to what was wrong with me. I soon realized that the medical profession didn't work well. Does Serrapeptase work for me. Seems to at this point. No fancy studies, just a last minute effort to save my life. Thank you for the information.

i'm looking for information about using serrapeptase for endometriosis and fibroids, i haven't found any studies but if it breaks up old scar tissue it should help with that right, thats the theory anyway. curious if you could do a video or anyone have personal experience with that.

‘Lack of standardization…”… well, of course ! Every individual’s case is different, of different levels of severity, age, body weight, diet, other medical considerations… -
Some years back, I was experiencing EXTREME PAIN from (FMS, CFIDS) & nothing helped....did some research (back in the early 2000's) & began taking the Serrapeptase & Proteolytics & within a few hours reduced the Pain Tremendously....continue taking it for its reputation (along with numerous Proteolytics) for Ripping Virus Capsid exterior parts into pieces....dealt WELL with COVID....

I just started the natto supplement a few days ago and I've never been more affected by a supplement in such a short term. It's a 400fu capsule. The first time I took it I got a head rush and then a headache. Since then I've felt terrible and completely lost my appetite. I ate the first two days, didn't eat yesterday, and today I didn't take it. I ate some eggs today but still have very little appetite and didn't really want them. Still feel generally crappy too. I believe that it's gotten in my blood and is breaking down something that my immune system is working overtime to get rid of but still have some energy that my body is using thus lack of hunger. Idk though very weird
@@kathleennorton2228 yes but it's hard to tell if it's this supplement or something else. I started taking this because I've been sick with that illness (the one RU-vid doesn't like you mentioning) for 4 months now. I've had a lot of improvement but I was already improving before taking it. Id say it's worth it because it is relatively cheap and is definitely doing something
Not proven benefits…? Hmmm… it’s been clinically studied and recommended by clinicians for at least about thirty years - there are plenty studies showing clinical benefit !
Thank you so much for these videos! Having DVT pain is unforgettable. My leg wasn’t even red but thank God the ultrasound caught it right away. I’m afraid to take this while on eliquis but am afraid to get off eliquis if nattokinase isn’t as effective at preventing clots. I also wish I knew if this was more effective in cats with heart disease as opposed to plavix they are given now which is only 30% effective.

I make my own natto in an Instant Pot. I eat 50 grams every day, and have done so for a couple of years. I got off all of my BP medicines. There is 500 mcg of K2 in 50 grams of natto.
That is a great suggestion. Thanks for the great response! 😊❤🙏 If possible, we would appreciate a quick and easy rating from you, and a good rating makes a BIG difference for us! g.page/r/CaxJ9b-O6o27EBM/review Thanks again for watching! All the best to you!
I have used both of these for just over 5 years. No side effects (for me) to report. I use Serrapeptase with my 2 major meals for the day. Nattokinase I just take one capsule in the AM, and 1 at night around bedtime. Both (in my opinion) are excellent for Heart and Cardiovascular Health. In the entire past 5 years, I have been on both of these, I have never had any Heart or Cardiovascular issues. Which is GREAT. And, of course, I will continue to take these for the rest of my life; presently, I am almost 71.
QUESTION It is my understanding that natokinase works by breaking a chemical bond in cholesterol. Does natokinase cross the blood-brain barrier or is it to large?
I took 4000 FUs of nattokinase a day for 10 months and it had no noticeable results. So I got back onto to Pubmed and found a study that basically said my dosage was inadequate. In that study there were measurable results that showed a reduction of atherosclerosis using 10,800 FUs a day so I upped my dosage to 12,000 FUs for two months and now I'm taking 13,000 FUs. I think it's working but need more time to be 100% sure. I also have been taking 300 to 400 mcg of K2 MK7 sourced from natto as well and I've been trying to get in 5,000 steps a day. I'm 77. I will not take turmeric because it is high in oxalate which I have a problem with. In fact I believe that high oxalates in my diet actually contributed to my atherosclerosis.
Fyi, i have been taking k2/d3/vit c (re pauling/levy)/mag/omega3/dihydroberberine since june23, and added NK ( 2 doses x 8000fu i.e. 16000fu daily) in august 23. Cac in april23 was 322 with volume of 269mm3. Retested cac in dec 23- 342 with volume of 246mm3 ( same centre and machine for testing repeatability). Always a question re margin of error and slice thickness etc, but volume indication is in right direction. No negative effects from NK so far. Just tested fibrinogen levels and withon normal range also.
@@babakbakhtiari1871 did you see the volume decrease? From 269 to 246? The increase in cac is a function of density of calcification which is to be expected as soft plaque gets fortified. I see the volume reduction as an important metric. Keeping in mind that left unaddressed, the CAC score is expected to increase 20-25% year on year. Over 15% equates to a 17x increase in risk factor. Less than 15% is aligned with suppression/regression. Mine is at around 8-9% annualised based on the intervention. NK not started till Aug 23. The cac score on its own is a starting point, but considering the volume as well provides a better picture. This is just my interpretation, and subject to the error associated with the test equipment, but a reduction in volume using the same machine suggests it hasn't gotten worse
@@babakbakhtiari1871 do you understand how the cac works? And the mechanisms of plaque generation, along with the normal growth rate of plaque? If you could stop the numbers from increasing, then you have regressed the plaque. Sorting out the root causes is key. It is multifaceted and caused by many things. The k2 and NK on their own will not address the problem unless you remove the root causal issues. Read the studies and be informed, by all means. I sense a bit of trolling going on
Just had my Serrapeptase…before viewing this channel! I have been taking it for 3 weeks now! No, difference…🤷🏼 I’ve been taking MK7 for many years now…😌
Hi, unfortunately I have some trouble taking Serrapeptase, even though it’s enteric coated, it bothers my stomach quite a bit. I think I took it about 4 hours after eating, before bed. But maybe if I try it 2 hours after eating or half hour before eating as some suggest, it might be ok, but then I don’t want it just helping my digestion. What do you think?
I was taking a product called Repair Gold and every time it made me sick to my stomach at about the 4 hour mark. It was taken in an empty stomach and the product has serrapeptase along with some other enzymes so I’m not sure what was causing the nausea, vomiting, etc
I had a large ganglion on the top of my foot. Someone suggested Serrapeptase for it. I started taking it and I didn't even notice when the big bump went away. Didn't take very long tho
Blood Thinners: Serrapeptase can increase the risk of bleeding because it may have blood-thinning effects. Taking it alongside prescribed blood thinners (such as warfarin, aspirin, or clopidogrel) could potentially increase this risk. Prostate Medication: While there is less direct evidence of interactions between serrapeptase and prostate medications, caution is still advised. Usually what I would do is monitor for blood level changes if there is a major concern initially, usually people are ok in small dosing but monitoring is probably advised in this case. 😊🙏
@babakbakhtiari1871 8 months ago I could not complete 4 flights of stairs without getting winded massively. Now I delivery amazon heavy packages and almost run up those stairs.
I had COVID twice (despite the vaccines) and each time the symptoms were strong flu-like symptoms (1 month the first time, 1 week the second) both times preceded by COVID toes and fingers and tiredness. The COVID toes have persisted at a lower rate. Right now my toes are still numb. Some itching on one lower leg. Still experience tiredness. Anyway I started nattokinase in February and the numbness is less, so I think it helps! 1 cap= 2000 FU/day.
I take serrapeptase to reduce pain from an old SI joint injury. It has helped me so much - my back doesn’t hurt when I take it! If I run out, my back begins to hurt again after a few days.
A recent study with thousands taking natto for a year showed no reversal but did show slow down of progression of plaque a small amount. This was only seen in patients taking 10,000 fsu and they did try some with about 4,000 and saw nothing at all. A minimum of at least 8-10k for natto is what works and they showed 0 side effects even at this high dosage. This study was trying to see if it actually reversed plaque. (Also along with k2)
Wow very nice, I think I go over this study towards the end 🙏❤️😊, it was for 3 years that they looked at it. I believe we are referring to the same one
@@DrTomBiernacki @DrTomBiernacki this one was in 2022 from frontier If you search frontier nattokinase 1062 study it is the first one. This was 12 months of oral dosage 10,800fsu for 12 months. It was in August 2022.
What are you talking about? The most recent study published on frontiers is a clinical study, with tight supervision to ensure patients comply. Study ran for 1 year, and patients had even 33% plaque reduction on their carotid artery. I repeat it, it did not slow down the progress of atherosclerosis, but actually reversed it. You are terribly misinformed. Is just so hard to type "Nattokinase studies" on google?
I took Dr. Mercolas curcumin and didn't have any difference in my joint pain after 1 bottle. I tried serrapeptase (Dr's Best) and noticed relief in 2 weeks. I'm increasing my dose gradually. I also have chronic sinusitis, so I hope it's going to help that.
Can either of these be taken while on a dose of 800mg Longvida (liposomal) Curcumin ? & additionally, What about with 350 mg liposomal Boswellia? Thanks for any knowledge!
I'd be interested to know if anyone has experience with serrapeptase and arthritis pain. I have severe osteo arthritis that severely limits my mobility and at age 69 and just retired it's destroying my quality of life. Already take tumeric preparation but it's not enough. Any comments with regard to serrapeptase would be appreciated.
Thanks for the great response! 😊❤🙏 Hopefully, in near future some new research will directly answer your questions. However, at present I do not know any scientific studies that directly looked at relationship between serrapeptase and arthritis. In the U.S., serrapeptase is classified as a dietary supplement. Serrapeptase is used for conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis, and for conditions generally associated with pain and swelling (inflammation), but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. Early research suggests that serrapeptase can significantly reduce pain, secretions, difficulty swallowing, and fever in people with sore throat after 3-4 days of treatment. Back pain. Osteoarthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis. All treatments are based on assumption that serrapeptase can decrease inflammation and so will decrease pain associated with inflammation.
