It's refreshing to finally be getting answers we should have had when we were just starting out. Not only beautiful but intelligent and straightforward. Sincere thanks.
I agree. But the moral rules that make women hostile are usually created by us men and our patriarchy and make his religions that equates sex with shame. You cannot set up a system that shames women and even condemns them to gossip and even death and then expect them to be open and happy about all this. Get rid of the horrible moral contradictions and they will be able to take this attitude. Those same moral abominations that also want to prevent women from being educated . I would rather have a female urologist than a male to tell the truth. If she is professional and non judgemental, especially for a dre.
Thank You Dr. Rena. I for the love of god thought that semen was a lot like the movies, way way way more than a teaspoon. So I am still shocked that the normal is about a teaspoon. Thank you for a straight forward answer!!
Mine was brown once back when I was 18-years-old, which at the time I thought was blood, or maybe old blood. But, that never happened again afterward, thankfully. And, I've never had a spinal issue.
That is very true my friend, she makes us all just feel so comfortable, she’s truly awesome and yes i would love to have a female urologist like her, i just feel so much more at ease and comfortable with them. ❤❤
The reason brown semen could be linked to spinal injury could be the leakage of serebrum Spinal fluid into the ejaculation, seeing that we do have a Spinal Ejaculation Center connected to the release of our sperm
You are so awesome Dr. Rena! I love listening to you talk and explain thing’s that most of us wouldn’t even ask because we would be embarrassed, you definitely know how to make a man comfortable in his mind listening to you, thanks so much.
Thanks for another video, Dr. Rena. I guessed my ejac was yellow due to overexposure to oxygen, didn't consider my frequent bathroom breaks were a cause.
This is so interesting. I've never really thought about what can make semen look the way it does and other types of questions related to the body. Thank you
I think is a pretty safe bet that Rena is the most gorgeous doctor and urologist to ever live. Rena you are truly one of the most beautiful women to ever walk the planet, your blessed.

At age 45 I had high PSA and had a prostate biopsy to check for cancer. Unfortunately it was positive which led to a prostatectomy. I waited 2 weeks after the biopsy to masturbate. The semem was pinkish, I assumed from a bit of blood. I waited 2 more weeks and it was brownish. It never did fully return to the same whiteness and consistency prior to the surgery. Of course I have dry orgasms now. But 15 years 0 PSA.
**RichardinNC1,** Sir, don't you mean, "A partial Prostatectomy?" When the prostate's gone, there's no way to ejaculate, or hold urine within the bladder (the pee bag needs to be worn, 24/7).
No. I had a full Robotic Radical Prostatectomy. They reconnected the urethra to the bladder. One muscle group remains to stop the flow. Only minimal drips and dribbles if I cough or strain.
I want to be my Doctor you know so much about the human body and urology I really need someone like you an the knowledge you bring to your video's here
You mentioned the possible reasons for colored semen. Does it cause an issue with fertility? My semen has been yellow for many years now. Have had injury to testicle and possibly infection from sex. I' curious if yellowish semen will decrease fertility.
Dr. Rena, Thanks for a ton of great information. You’ve got it coming at us like a fire hose, though probably a bad analogy considering the topic. After much experimentation with a vast array of different vulva owners, I’ve come to the conclusion that the ideal viscosity for semen seems to be when it takes about 10 seconds for it to drip from the chin to the breasts. Hope this helps your viewers.
Slightly off topic but, if I might pick your brain... I follow your RU-vid but must've missed if you covered this already. what's your take on male hormone and testosterone treatment? What I mean particularly is regarding dependency once started. I'm an athletic 47yr old who is feeling the downward slope of age and already set up next week to get blood work to see about testosterone boosters shots. I get that it is sorta case by case but do you feel overall it's a good choice? Or negatives I should be leary of? Thx for your time! Or anyone else that has actually done it.
If you have a normal functioning endocrine system; pituitary, testes, adrenals, etc. I would recommend that you try some supplements to boost your testosterone levels first. Start off with basics like Vitamin D3, Omega 3 fatty acids, and then you can add things like Tribulus Terrestris, DHEA, fenugreek, etc. It you have an endocrine problem them supplements will not work. Lots of prescription medicines like opiates, psych drugs, etc can induce endocrine problems. Sometimes things like a pituitary adenoma, in your case it's likely you are just feeling the effects of this younger than some men. Some men start feeling the drop in their 30s, while others not until in their 70s. Rx testosterone had it's pluses and minuses. Take it for too long and it can shrink your testicles, really lower your LH. And you will have to use something like HCG. I'm 41, try to take care of myself, been through this whole mess, doctors, etc. I found out from a local endocrinologist that my test levels were very low prematurely from some anti anxiety and antidepressant meds I was on. You know your levels are increasing by more energy, better mood, body composition, and erectile quality.
Hi Dr Malik Can you please make a detail videos on POIS with practical tips for its management? I feel it’s most understudy area and unfortunately affecting major population. Many thanks

Thanks doc. Is there any effect for me staying for a year without sex? Cos am recently feeling some often sickness which I was thinking could be a result of. Hoping to hear from u
I always find long gelatinous chunks or globules in my ejaculations. I am Totally healthy, no std or other health related problems. If ask me to elaborate more then i'd suggest you to search images online.
discuss this in relation to having a vasectomy. . . is all the "T" recycled/ absorbed back into the body since no sperm is ever leaving the body and how could you boost ejaculate since everything is primarily prostate fluid . .
. Doc I'm good on the tasting part I don't need to go that route I get to Mimi not the wee wee that's weird I wonder why women always say it tastes like salty you ain't heard it for me I ain't one to gossip I guess it depends on like if you drink a lot of pineapple juice a lot of sweet stuff then it's going to probably you know be different
Mine smells rancid and I wouldn't say it's painful, but it's not a pleasant feeling anymore. I'm not going to taste test it, but the last time someone did taste it, was so bitter they ended up barfing a lot. That was a while ago though. There are swirls of some color in it, but I am colorblind, so I don't know if it's red, green or brown. I have on and off difficulty peeing, and I got an STD test the last time I went to the doctor for that, and it didn't show anything. The only thing they could find abnormal was that my bladder was a little swollen. The smell really concerns me the most though. It's seriously nasty.
Good thing you got tested for STDs. That would have my "first, worst case" thought. From your symptoms, you might want to test again. Talk with your Dr. (and a nutritionist) about any medication (s), supplements or foods that might be causing your condition.
Hello Miss As-Salamu'Alaykum Wa RahmatuLLahi Wa Barakatuh, Miss Rena Malik, how is ur day going Sister, nice to meet u, ur video is well educated, I have been listening to ur information on videos , I join u over 2 years now.
Hmmm 🤔 I'm the opposite to what she said regarding: Ejaculate more often= thinner ejaculate Ejaculate less often= thicker ejaculate It's the opposite for me 🤨
