Sorry, I believe you are eating healthy and are healthy. But 58 kg for 163 cm height was normal weight and 48 kg is underweight. If it’s your personal ideal weight at 48 - then good for you. I just don’t want people to get the wrong idea that 58 kg at this height is not ok - because it’s a perfectly normal weight with healthy BMI and you still looked good even then…maybe you need a bit more toning and muscle, but that’s it.

Thank you for the video! It is very useful! I love the tip about brown rice - I do not use white rice anymore either! However I must caution you about using the microwave. It destroys a lot of nutrients so I recommend defrosting rice in the fridge overnight or cooking lightly. I also think pork should be marinated before cooking to minimise harmful effects on the blood! :) Try it out! Thank you for your informative video, I always enjoy them.
