I hate short videos, there’s no connection with the people in the video. I like watching longer videos, watching, laughing and just enjoying the sensation of being close to the people allowing me to join them in a glimpse of their lives. Thank you Lester. I love all your family videos x
Dogs learn gentle hand signals quickly. Guide Stella with a soft voice, set the boundaries, plenty of patience, reward only good behavior. It's a learning process. You're doing great with Stella. ❤
Thank goodness for replay. I watch you and Jami everyday. I do watch the other channels sporadically. But when it comes down to it you and Jami are the ones I relate to most.
I think what some commenters are referring to with Stella is boundaries. Part of loving a child or a pet is setting boundaries. Boundaries build security and confidence, which Stella has lacked. Shower her with all the love you have to give her, but realize that setting boundaries for her will ensure her feeling safe, loved, and secure. Finding the balance is something you can trust yourself to do! Again, trust your teacher instincts. You would set boundaries for your student from a terrible environment, at the same time showing them love and respect. ❤
In dog language you don't use your voice or do any type of punishment, you go between the animals and turn your back on Stella this teaches her that what is is doing is unacceptable
Lori Pasqualino WOW! I hole-heartedly agree with you. Dogs don't need words or punishment. It's No Look, No Talk, No Touch until the dog becomes quiet & still, and into a Calm Submissive mood. Only then you praise the dog. Now the dog understands it's Pack Leader. The dog is seeking for a pack leader. If not the dog is confused & will assume a Pack Leader position. (This doesn't mean aggressive as in mean dog, it can also mean an unruly dog or dogs.) All in All Lester and Jami are phenomenal in all they do. What a great couple❣️👍 Blessings...
I'm with you, I dislike cages, I know many people believe in them and feel it's the best, but I just can't do it! As for Stella, a soft NO when she does something wrong or you prefer her not to do has worked for me. Then, when she stops, you tell them you love her. I've got a 15 yr old cat that was abused during her first 7 years. She became a family members cat until they passed. At that point, she became part of my family with 4 other cats. She was very aggressive to them and me. I've had so many bites, but after over 4 years, she accepts being loved, cuddles, and picked up. Every morning, she waits for kisses and cuddles. Unfortunately, mistreated animals can take a while to trust, but once they do its worth everything! Stella will get there. She's truly an awesome dog. ❤😊
As far as content goes…I think you are over thinking this Lester. I get how you want to surprise and delight. A lot of us, if not most of us, still watch whether News was first shared by another creator or not. The videos that stand out the most for me as an example atm is your brother Dan was fixing a leaky waterline in your Dad’s lawn. Your dad came up on him and helped him and had some dialogue with Dan. It was funny. Dan finished the patch & the video ended. THEN your dad uploaded HIS perspective of the SAME repair and it was HILARIOUS! We got to see all of the stuff from your dad’s perspective that your brother Dan edited out of his video. It was adorable. So what is my point? You all are a FAMILY and your interactions with one another are interesting entertaining content. Long time subscribers like me don’t care reseeing content that overlaps with other channels. Its icing on the cake! It’s like reading a book from 1 character’s POV then reading the same interaction from another character’s perspective. I feel kinda sad that it has your family fighting and worrying about stealing others content. It has always been so enjoyable watching you all. Your other example was Jake’s video of the goat rescue…at no point watching Jake’s video did I think, “Damn that Lester bringing the goats back and didn’t tell us!” I was in the moment with Jake and Lyssa as he was teaching and she was learning how to save a stupid goat from themselves. I feel sad Buddy’s rescue caused a fight between you and Jami. Again, to me, each perspective DOESN’T ruin the other perspective of the same content! When we see these videos…we see your side and Jami’s side…please don’t take that from us! In closing, I hope you do read this and take it to as much heart as all the negativity….ALL of you have something to give and no one steals each other’s perspective.🥰
Buddy is a boxer that has stolen your heart. Often times the heart and brain are not working together. I like seeing the animals from all of the Morrow's perspectives.
I’m your people!! I’m on Pops mostly besides yours because he is so much like my granddad but I’m always faithful to you and Jamie!! You’re the OG!! 🎉🎉❤ and you do look amazing. LESTER! The prednisone is changing her personality. It happens all the time. Once she is off the meds for a while she will go back to being sweet. Yelling at her or punishing her isn’t going to change this. I foster with a rescue and that’s one thing they make sure everyone who fosters a Heartworm positive dog knows. Prednisone can change the sweetest dog into a grumpy goose.

Lester if you let Stella keep up her aggression you may end up losing your other dogs you love. They may start to wander further from home to get attention like they had before.
I’m very much enjoying the “live” with you tonight. I especially loved the analogy about being a teacher and looking to understand why kids act the way they do and how Stella is behaving. The way you look for ways to help both the kids and animals is amazing. Sometimes a firm voice may be required. Dogs pick up on mood and emotions very quickly as you know, so I’m sure Stella will settle with the other dogs. Please don’t put Christmas in a crate.
Norma here. Boy, I watch just too many videos. I always have to check out everyone’s videos from Morrow Hill as well as LHLs. I’m so happy that you talked your dad and Kim into doing their own videos. I sometimes watch Daniel and DJ Arms and Cog Hill Farms depending on the content. I have to admit that I’m also addicted to a Scottish Farm called Dalscone Farm. They are in the middle of lambing and kidding season right now and I just love them. It is very difficult to keep up with all of you. I do tend to make sure that I watch the ones I really enjoy first. I won’t say which ones as to not hurt anyone’s feelings. I think having both You Tube and FB channels makes it worse. There is just not enough time in a day to watch them all and still do everything else needed to be done on a daily basis. I work part time, go out with family and friends, take care of the household and still try to catch-up on any videos I miss. I will say that those who like and reply to comments make me feel that my comments are being read and make me feel appreciated and those who never do those things will not get as much attention from me.
I admit to being a “cheater”! But I’m Very picky about what I watch. And even having been on heavy pain med a lot of the time and might get behind I never miss a video I catch up! And yours and your families videos are right up there at the top. And out of the crazy number of channels out there I only regularly watch a handful. By the was, I’ve noticed Jake has really stepped up his game. Lyssa is so good for him! And I love the way your family members jump in and work together. Just so you know… Cog Hill talked so highly of you is how I came to your channel. I love Jake and Brianne working together and all the good hearted teasing! Trying to count on my fingers… lol… I think I watch 6 of your family channels!

Lester you may need to talk to your vet who is treating the girls and ask her for any suggestions to keep the girls calm. I know it’s a hard situation that you are in. I agree with you about not putting Christmas in a kennel…you don’t want to break her personality. Stella just needs loads and loads of love but you do need break her guarding you for herself. At least you are trying which is a hell of a lot more than what a lot of other people are doing.

My suggestion on Stella is to have her lay down next to you and while you are loving on the other doggos, you can pet her, too, and use encouraging words towards her and them at the same time... Who knows how long she was out there on her own, being beat up by other dogs, having to fight for her food... She WILL come around - it takes time and you are in tune with that... I wouldn't bring Christmas out during the feed-ups and chores, she should just get to come out 'maybe' on leash, with a 'quiet/calming' agenda. I understanding the crating is tough ------- maybe you can make a chain link enclosure outside like 10 x 10 for her to be able to enjoy the sunshine??? I KNOW YOU'LL DO WHAT'S RIGHT FOR THEM BOTH!! 😍😍😍
I have chosen my "primary" happy place on RU-vid W/ Lester & Jami's (all 3). I love all the Morrow's, but I work full time & happen to have a "BEAR" PUPPY @home to love, play & train❤❤!
I agree with you Lester that FB is meaner that is why I quit socializing and mostly watch videos or look at subjects that interesting to me. I knew it was gonna be tuff with Christmas just seeing her in videos she is high strung I would probably be the same way like you she is so lovable & sweet & happy now. Let's pray she does well on the medicine. I'm so happy you found Buddy he looks like he has always belong there, lovable he is. I hope Jamie recues that little long hair dog he needs help with his hair all mangle up and I can tell he/her would make or need a good furbaby home. I've seen that kind of dog in lot of ppl homes and they are so cute.
Poor Stella is just trying to survive. She found love and wants you all to herself. However, you do have to set boundaries with her. She has to learn that you can be trusted to love more than her and that you’ll never abandon her. I hope your baby turkeys and their moms have sorted everything out and that mama duck gets her eggs back. That Cornholio is such a brat. 😅
Also with Stella being mean... Remove her from the other dogs and give the others affection. She will learn that being mean gets her removed from the affection she wants. Kind of like a doggie time-out.
@@joycebrewer4150 separating her will not hurt her even if the meds are causing the behavior. I wasn't talking about separating indefinitely, just long enough for her the realize that being mean did not get her affection. Like a few minutes tops.

Brianne started videoing Sunday dinners to introduce the families, then Paw paw got out his phone too and started filming SO Brie stopped Then Dan was making a video of cutting grass and fixing a leaky water pipe underground and Paw paw started videoing the same thing………….I watched them both but felt bad for Dan because he just getting started.

Hi Lester; you talked about the short /reel videos. I don't really like them myself. Older people like me prefer quality, but youth prefer quantity and if that brings in extra money, well then we can't blame the youth. Those short video 's seem to be paid well by Meta if the video's are viewed well. So for some people I watch the short video's while I actually don't like them. But as long as the youth earn something from it, I will watch them for them. In addition, I do think that there will come a time when this form of income is no longer allowed simply because there are too many people try to make their income through videos. People will still be needed in the other business sector. We older people have to continue working longer and longer because most of the younger people no longer want to work in the hectic business world. Which is also often poorly paid. Yes, I agree with the young people that they are now trying to earn it in a much more relaxed way and at the same time I hope that they also realize that it will also can come to an end if there are to many video makers. OR if the viewers suddenly give up . Then there will be a gap in their income.

*LESTER* PLEASE CONSIDER ON BUYING 2 IDENTICAL LARGE DOG KENNEL RUNS FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY. THEY START AT $200/$300 UP. LIKE 5×10 or 6×8 etc.THEN MAKE A SPACE IN THE SHOP TO SET THEM SIDE BY SIDE or WITH A WALKWAY IN BETWEEN, BUT CLOSE BY TO EACH OTHER. USE THEM FOR THOSE CONVELECENCE TIMES OF HEALING & REST FOR THE ILL DOGS. OR EVEN THE NEW ONES IF NECESSARY.
When my dog had her leg amputated they medicated her so she would move around. Ask if you can medicate her. Thing of it this way. If Christmas dies from running around, think how you will fill.
I have several U Tubers, that I watch maybe around 12 or 13 regulars that I watch! But mostly Cog hill, and the Morrows, trent and allie and just a few more!
I just recently got a female boxer named Cricket found her licking herself. Then out of my mouth was a line I heard Lester say" Be a lady" it was a great laugh My husband and I had.
